Absolutely incredible experience at ICE Recovery + Wellness! Cryotherapy has been a game changer for my post-surgery recovery. Not only does it relieve pain and swelling, but it has also significantly boosted my mood and energy levels which has been a huge bonus. My orthopedic surgeon was wowed when, after just two weeks post-op, my range of motion had returned so quickly. I was expected to be on crutches for four weeks but managed to ditch them after only 10 days. I can't recommend ICE Recovery + Wellness enough! Five stars all the way!

LOVE this place! The staff is so friendly, the location is very clean, and I've really been enjoying the cryo + sauna services. My body enjoys the added recovery, and it's been a wonderful add to my routine. I've belonged to a lot of gyms/studios over the years, and I do think they do an outstanding job in the customer service/overall awesome people area 🙂

It did speed up my healing and feels fantastic after a workout or if you feel like you’re struggling with your energy levels. It has done wonders for some shoulder aches I have chronically suffered from . The infra red sauna is a super relaxing end- of-week treatment
