Llevamos 8 meses en Georgia y cuando pregunté por lugares donde dieran terapias, Ideal Therapy fue una de las primeras opciones. No me arrepiento de elegirlos para continuar las terapias ocupacional y física. El desarrollo de Naomi es lento pero hemos visto como ha adelantado y lo motivada que está con sus terapias. Desde que entras, se siente un ambiente profesional y su empatía nos hace sentir en familia.
La única "critica" con fin de mejorar, es en el espacio. De esta forma los padres podríamos observar la terapia con el propósito de dar continuidad en el hogar. Quizás algún tipo de pasillo con una "ventana" que nos permita observar sin interrumpir el servicio.
Totalmente agradecida con todos los empleados.

mi hijo esta con ideal therapy desde que tiene alrededor de 3 meses y estoy muy agradecida con todo el equipo por el amor que le brindan a Giomar y el progreso que han logrado sin duda alguna los recomiendo 100%. El ambiente es muy agradable y todo el lugar muy organizado.

We love this place!! They are so friendly and the facility is clean and always smells good. Beautiful decorations. Nice places to sit and wait. Peaceful environment. The staff are excellent and very kind & sympathetic. It is easy to make appointments and they work well with your schedule. Their sign in system is so easy & user friendly. We LOVE them and will always recommend them!

I’m receiving pelvic floor therapy with Ideal Therapy. I started the beginning of February and my therapist has helped me with strengthening the muscles in my pelvic floor. I must admit when I first started I was anxious and nervous because I was thinking it would only increase my chronic pain however it’s been the total opposite I’ve days where I had zero pain which hasn’t happened in over 30 years. The staff is amazing they greet you as soon as you walk in the door and make sure you understand everything before you leave. My therapist Dr. E is absolutely amazing, she meets her patients where they are as far as pain and she ensures you fully understand what it happening with your therapy from the start of your session to explaining your homework. If there is something you don’t understand she finds a way to explain so that you have a full understanding. I would definitely recommend Ideal Therapy to other veterans . Thank You

The receptionist is very unprofessional. She is very comfortable saying anything. This placed needs to be shut down. They don’t clean after every client. I promise call and talk to the receptionist about the second or third time you will understand what I’m referring too . First time possible could be good. She can’t read properly to pronounce a name. The doctors can’t do simple math. They score your child way low so they can get more money out and suggest frequent visits. Get a second opinion. They don’t offer at home therapy. Being that it’s winter coming up they should offer it;knowing they don’t sanitize properly. Good luck

My son & I love it here! He loves coming for speech and occupational therapy. His speech has gotten better and so has his self care skills & writing. It's hard to get him to leave. Everyone there is friendly. Even when I have been not the best at keeping my scheduled appointments they work with you & the vibes never turn sour because I had to cancel last minute. They treat my son with lots of care & respect. As a single parent to a child with autism It's great having someone to actually help celebrate these goals with & motivate us to improve consistency! To us they are somewhat like family.🙂
