My two girls have been with Dr Ellen I’m since their first dentist visit! We love going to the dentist. The staff is so friendly and responsive to any of our concerns. We’ve also had one daughter in braces for two sessions a d it’s been a very positive experience. Can’t say enough about this gem in Poway!

I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Ellen Im's Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. From the moment I entered the newly refurbished office, I was greeted with kindness and respect. The modern, state-of-the-art design of the office made me feel comfortable and happy. The team took the time to address my concerns about teeth grinding, creating a custom night guard that has been extremely comfortable and effective. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Im, Toni, and the entire team for their outstanding care and service.

My girls had such a wonderful experience with their first appointment and even said they were looking forward to their next one. My 4 year old daughter kept telling everyone that she has the best dentist ever. The clinic is inviting and the staff, assistants and Dr. Im were so friendly and had such a great approach with the kiddos. You can definitely tell they know how to cater to the needs and fears that children might have when it comes to seeing the dentist. Highly recommend!

My daughter has Autism. I met Dr.Ellen for the first time when she was 4. My daughter cried at the entrance, she needed 3 steps to opened her mouth and check how many teeth she had. But everyone there was nice, and smiled. After first visit Dr.Ellen recommended more frequent visits for my daughter. For her to get used to the dentist. I really appreciate it.
Today was her 8yr check up.
She told me today after a tearless successful visit “Mom when can I come back to dentistry ?”

Dr. Ellen is absolutely amazing! I get really anxious going to any kind of doctor, but she made the whole experience so much easier, even when I had to get treatment done. She’s so gentle, kind, and patient. She takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand, which made me feel so much more comfortable.

What I love most is that she never makes you feel rushed or pressured. If you need a break or don’t want to continue, she’s totally understanding and never forces anything. Her top priority is making sure her patients are comfortable, and it really shows.

I can’t recommend her enough—she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had!

When it comes to my son I only want the best and so far that’s what I’ve had here at Dr Ellen’s office from front desk and the back team assistants they are all so patient and caring when it come to my wiggle worm of a toddler it’s always a pleasure to see everyone feels very welcoming the moment you walk in and not only is the service amazing but the office is well cleaned and time efficient couldn’t have picked a better Dentist for my son

Dr. Ellen Im and her staff are really wonderful. First of all, the communication between the office and patient’s parents, is fantastic. The reminders are terrific for busy parents and staff are very helpful with questions or concerns.

The location was already clean and friendly when we first started a year ago, but is even bigger and better with the new renovations they have done.

My son just had his third visit today, with his first teeth X-rays done. He is a not a dentist person and he cried again the whole time. But the staff and Dr. Ellen Im are really so wonderful and understanding, that they just know what to do and how to make you feel good. Of course after everything was done, my son stopped crying and was so happy to earn a token for a prize.

As a parent, who actually searched around for a good pediatric dentist, I am so happy we found Dr. Ellen Im and her staff. I would and do definitely recommend her in heart beat.

Dr. Ellen and her team are lovely. I’ve been taking my kids to their office since before they turned one and the staff are so kind and accommodating. My kids like to joyously point out the office when we drive by, and are always made comfortable during their appointments.
