I had an amazing experience here, I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good trustworthy doctor. The front desk ladies are the sweetest and they are so caring for their customers. I knew I was at a good place. These are people who truly love their job and their patients! They take the time to know their regular patients and welcome new ones!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent interaction with your front office staff. When I called to confirm my appointment, the person I spoke to asked for my name. I provided my first name, and she responded with “uh huh.” Confused, I stayed quiet, and she followed up by asking for my name again. I repeated my first name, and only then did she ask for my last name.

When I asked why she responded with “uh huh,” she explained that there are multiple people with my first name and that she needed my full name. The issue is that she didn’t clearly ask for my full name at the start of the conversation, which caused unnecessary confusion and came across as dismissive and unprofessional.

When I arrived for my appointment, I spoke with the office supervisor about this incident. Unfortunately, instead of apologizing or acknowledging the issue, the supervisor seemed indifferent to my concerns. This lack of accountability from both the staff and the supervisor is unacceptable.

If I had the option, I would switch to another office immediately. However, my insurance plan only allows me to visit this location, leaving me with no choice. Please take this feedback seriously and improve your staff’s communication and professionalism. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.

Dr. Busch is an excellent doctor. Great bedside manner and personality. My surgeries on both feet was quick and easy to recover from. You have to look very close to see the scars. I am very happy with the work that he did.

The office people are warm and give great comfort when needed. Especially Miguel I will miss seeing them all and am greatful for the chance to walk for a very long time. I recommend Dr. Busch and his office to everyone and will go back if necessary.
