Horrible servicio hicieron a mi hijo ir a una cita para después que se sentó a hablar de lo que le pasaba decirle que no estaban tomando pacientes nuevos que busque otro lugar ya entiendo porque tiene tan malos reviews este lugar en todo casos ellos mismos necesitan terapia están mal.

Lakesha Jones is definitely not a waste of time. Listens and helpful. 4 stars as the call center staff are very hard to understand, but extremely polite.

This Dr. and Diya part of the office staff are very accommodating and kind. the accent is little hard at times lol but there worth it.
My hearings not the best either..thankful to have them..?

Lakesha Jones has been so helpful. I recently lost my medical insurance just before my job went on seasonal shutdown for over a month. I found myself with no medical coverage and no money to , on unemployment and my much needed phych meds running out. After the 5th sleepless night, due to returning night terrors I called Mrs. Jones in desperation. She helped me virtually right away refilling my meds and even reduced her fee to make sure I was taken care of. She truly seems to care.

I talked with Diya over the phone and she was just awesome. She was not only polite and courteous, she gave me priority and took care of my needs in a timely manner. Her knowledge of the subject matter was spot-on and her use of the English language was impeccable. I could understand everything she said which, unfortunately is not the case with everyone that I talk with. Perhaps you may consider her for a more supervisory position and give her a bit more money so that she can help others within your organization to make clients feel as special as I did today while talking with her on the phone.
