I have been to multiple courses at IDEA as well as many other quality learning facilities. IDEA is by far the best that I have been to. They place an emphasis on making their courses about you. Everything from the initial email welcoming you, to the trip back to the airport is entirely thought out. All the courses have a great mixture of lecture and hands on training. As the courses progress, the staff and instructors get to know you and adjust the course for your needs. They realize not everyone will be at the same level and they do everything in their power to help you regardless of your knowledge or skill. The staff always encourages questions and takes a lot of time one on one during the breaks, meals, the end of the day, and the ride back to the hotel to answer them.
One of the courses I took was well beyond my skill. (i'm not a surgeon) I wanted to take the course regardless. Not only was the instructor and staff welcoming and understanding, they took extra time to make sure I was learning the procedures and doing them correctly.
I have made many friends from all around the world at IDEA. Everyone who is there wants to learn and is very accepting of each other.
You will have plenty of time to meet new people during the breaks and the wonderful meals that are prepared at the facility.
I have been practicing for over 20 years and after each time I go to IDEA I leave knowing that what I learned will help my practice immediately.

Such an incredible experience yet again! Have went to 2 IDEA courses, one in 2016 with Dr. Tarnow and then this year with Drs Fouad and Charles Khoury.
