About five months ago, I completed six transformative sessions with the incredible psychiatrist Forrest Talley, focusing on improving assertiveness, self-esteem, and addressing self-limiting beliefs. His approach profoundly changed my mindset and outlook on life.

What truly stood out was his genuine care and attentiveness, which made me feel valued and important. It's difficult to fully express the emotional impact of his presence alone. The homework he assigned was particularly effective, encouraging me to view myself in a more positive light and accept my imperfections. His guidance on setting boundaries has been invaluable, enhancing my self-respect and interactions with others.

Even five months later, I still notice the lasting effects of his guidance. I find myself making changes in my behavior, standing up for myself, and courageously being true to who I am, which was a challenge for me before.
