I have several different experiences with Irwin Family Dental, some great, some awful.

With the great experiences, they have been wonderful with my children. Great cleanings, patient with a toddler, etc. It is a very child-friendly dentist, and I love it for that. They are kind to adults, also (so you don't think they're only nice to kids!), making you feel very welcome. The television goggles are a neat concept, and they generally do a very good job with cleanings. The hygienists get five stars for doing their jobs well!

The dentists, on the other hand...not so good with their jobs. I had gone in for a cleaning and check-up. I had eaten black beans for lunch and didn't get the chance to brush my teeth before going in. So the dentist wanted to see me PRIOR to the cleaning. Weird, but okay? Told me I had, like, seven cavities, three being severe ones. Showed me the photos of the "severe cavities"...they were black bean skins. Seriously? He wouldn't look after the cleaning, so then they told me that I'd need seven fillings...when do you want your appointment? I just opted to not get it done and get a second opinion. Go to another, very reputable dentist, have my teeth cleaned again (which barely needed touched because the dental hygienist did a great job!), and the dentist checked out my teeth. Nothing. No cavities. Nothing was wrong. My teeth were great.

Irwin Family Dental tried getting me to do hundreds of dollars of dental work that I DIDN'T NEED DONE because of black beans. Because of that, I can't give any more than two stars. It is a convenient location for Irwin, and you'll get a great cleaning with them, but just be careful when the dentist sees you.
