Dr. Ross and his entire staff are very helpful, professional & friendly. They go above & beyond to take care of their patients. They helped me schedule a root canal within my insurance network and explained everything to me to help me understand the whole process. Their hygienists and receptionists are very kind and caring, their whole team is so easy to work with, and Dr. Ross puts a lot of pride in his work and has helped me restore my smile over the course of this last year+. Best dentist ever. I had neglected my dental hygiene and yearly cleaning for over five years and knew that it wouldn’t be the easiest appointment. However, my new patient check in was painless (for the most part ;)). Dr. Ross went through all the x-rays and explained the problems in a coherent and compassionate way. The staff there is also so kind and works with insurance so you know upfront what the cost will be. The office itself is super clean and well decorated with plenty of natural light. Would highly recommend!

As a new patient, I cannot express how happy I am with my experience with Dr. Jay Ross! Upon entering the office, I received a warm welcome from Nancy Garcia the receptionist. I waited less than 10 minutes between the time I filled out my new patient paperwork and the beginning of my appointment, which was pretty incredible. Dr. Ross is both knowledgeable and caring in conveying the information that I needed to know regarding the health of my teeth, not just for the immediate term, but also for the long-term as well. And he took the time to map out a complete game plan on how I could get to a place of complete health from a dental perspective. Irene, who was the hygienist did an excellent job in the initial cleaning and was very professional and patient. She even gave recommendations on the best toothbrushes that I could use going forward. I am so happy to have found such an amazing team and look forward to my next appointment. If you live in Ventura and you are seeking a dentist, I cannot recommend a better one than Dr. Jay Ross

At today's visit, Dr. Ross took extra time to help me with a nightguard to remedy (as much as possible) the jaw clenching and stress on my teeth.
His team has a strong patient-service approach. I always feel welcome, cared about and confident that they are watching out for my dental needs. I highly recommend this dental practice.
Oh, and by the way, the office is very clean, the house exterior restored to historic standards - it's a cool place to be.

What a great dentist! I had a bridge that fell out and he was recommended to me. Now I have a new, awesome dentist and his name is Dr. Ross! Great staff and location. Yay. My pearly whites are happy, too.
