My son and I have been patients of Dr Tseng off and on for years. I was so impressed that he didn't try selling me orthotics like I expected. What an awful experience!
1. Dr. Tseng didn't do a good job of listening
2. The office staff did not acknowledge me when I checked in for the second appointment and didn't collect my copay. I got a bill in the mail a month later.
3. I received another invoice a month after that for PICKING UP MY ORTHOTICS. That's right, folks. They charge to hand you something you have already paid for!
4. When I called to ask why I was getting another bill in the mail, they couldn't answer me and were rude on the phone.
5. Now I have to file an appeal with my insurance company because paying them $516 (which is all I owed) wasn't enough

Save your money and your time and go anywhere else!

Dr. Tseng saw me on very short notice. His staff was professional and kind. Dr. Tseng quickly.determined that I had plantar fasciaitis, taking the time to explain how it happens and what could be done about it. He patiently answered every question. Could not have asked for more.

AFTER HAVING MY PODIATRY SERVICE THEY BILLED ME WITH 1446.26 $ BUT BEFORE THEY TOLD ME MY INSURANCE COVERING 70 PERCENT I PAID OUT OF POCKET 90 $.AND AFTER 4 MONTHS THEY SEND ME BILL FOR THIS AMOUNT.THEY OVERCHARGE YOUR POCKET AND INSURANCE,GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR,YOU HAVE CHOICE.
