I had an appointment scheduled, but when I arrived in severe pain, I was suddenly informed that it had been canceled without any prior notification. It's extremely disappointing that the clinic can't manage appointments properly, especially when patients are in urgent need of care.

Dr. Stenehjem is excellent. Highly recommended. He is caring, compassionate, kind, knowledgeable and has a superlative staff. He also takes his time with patients to get to the bottom of their issues and—importantly, treats patients like human beings, not numbers.

Experienced and caring! I have had a SCI for 22yrs and after having bad luck with physiatrists for years I thankfully came upon Dr. Stenejham. Ironically, he was at the facility I attended(sharp) during my rehab and I didn't know it. He is now the director of the department and you won't find a more knowledgeable, caring, and experienced doctor. . The staff is capable and effective. They get back to you, fit you in the schedule when you need, and send out records and prescriptions when you need. I hate that I moved from San Diego or I would still use him

Patient services has changed since Covid-19. They may be short handed but does not give them the right not to treat you accordingly. It's their choice to work in this environment. They have no bedside manners at least towards me. Something needs to give
