I highly recommend Dr. Fabrikant ad Dr. Fonse. Dr Fabrikant took care of my feet 2 weeks ago by performing two ingrown toenail procedures on my toes. Thank you for supporting Veterans. I’ve been suffering for years and the VA referred me to him. He’s professional, compassionate, and friendly. He didn’t hesitate to apply additional anesthesia when I told him I felt pain during the procedure. He’s got a sense of humor too I even laughed when I was in pain and I’m happy with the outcome so far it’s been great. His front desk staff and nurses are very nice and friendly. Also, Ms. Daisy came over and held my hand because I was very nervous and in pain while the extra anesthesia kicked in, and she speaks Spanish, it was much appreciated. Today Dr. Fonse checked my feet after the procedure and trimmed my nails because I'm diabetic. This was Overall very nice experience ! I'll be coming back for maintenance.

I I had a huge ugly bunion that looked like a jack ball and could only wear slippers. Dr Fabrikant operated on my foot in 2006 (18 years ago).. It still looks good and I haven't ever had a problem. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I have right ankle pain and all Dr Fabrikant could do was give me an insole and adjust on each visit. After four visits without any relief I paid for an MRI and went back to see him. He dismissed the MRI and proceeded to readjust the insole. He wanted me to keep walking 3/4 of a mile a day. I went to get a second opinion and the new doctor recommended ankle surgery. He also said my condition would not improve with a custom insole. I'm getting surgery in a couple of weeks.

The surgery that you did on my feet was such a great job. I really really appreciate it. I unfortunately have been around some very bad podiatrist and to have met such a phenomenal podiatrist to perform the surgery on my feet. It was the best outcome and I’m glad that I was put in your care great job. It’s hard to find a caring podiatrist You explained everything very well, and you made me feel comfortable. Where I could understand what was happening and I appreciate that. I just had to write this letter of thanks for taking the best care of me. You’re awesome. The best of the best

I am a Type 2 diabetic with toe/foot ulcers. Pretty deep/bad ones. Landed me in the ER with an infection a few times. Went to Grossmont Hospital and was lucky enough to have him look over my issues!!! He's an awesome doctor who has the right kind of bed side manner I need. Straight to the point...encouraging me when he should and being rightfully upset sounding/looking because perhaps he thought I was not trying to use his advice? He definitely won't hold your hand but he's not excited to cut it off either! Well I should really say feet! Hahaha 🙂

He's honest, funny, wonderfully realistic and human! I remember the first time I met him. I was in the hospital scared about potentially losing my toes etc. He made me feel comfortable with the procedure he did on my feet and I remember that he had said that some patients call him Dr. Fabulous! A few months and many appointments later I agree wholeheartedly! The guy should legally change his last name to Fabulous. 🙂

I appreciate Dr Fabrikant for his care of my 87 yr old fathers foot problems. We have seen a few other doctors been to ER had X-rays but no one else seemed to know what to do. After only a few visits my father is on the mend. Thank you for your care & wisdom.
