I have been to the office three different visits and experienced nothing but a pleasant atmosphere. Dr Chong was so nice and honest with me about my treatment and I felt very trusting of her right away, I knew she was gonna help me. I hope I don’t need to go back to see her again in hopes my treatment works but if I do need to go back, she’s the doctor I want to see and recommend her to friends and family. Shout out to the office staff, they too were pleasant and helpful and professional.

Within the first few minutes she told me my previous doctor made a mistake and for my new issue nothing she can do. Ordered a X-ray, I never heard back then I called and the receptionist told me there was nothing broken. I didn’t see her for a possible break!! Then she says we only call you if there is a break or tumor. I went in for a painful bunion. Waste of time

My dad went to see Dr. Jessica Chong with high hopes because we used to see her father Dr. Robert Chong for years and years and he was awesome, professional and super knowledgeable and respected in his field. Unfortunately she’s far far from what her father was. She did nothing for my dad’s foot pain and couldn’t articulate any effective treatment or next steps. My dad felt quite down afterwards it was a waste of time and money

Made my dad foot bleeding. Just trimmed the toenail. Not feeling good to see her. Her dad was very good doctor. Definitely won't go back this clinic any more.
