Very friendly and very professional. Dr Hong explained everything that I needed to know and then some. Lisa explained everything about the ex-rays and pictures that she will be taking. Very professional. Chris greeted me with a smile and explained everything Dr. Hong will be doing and in what order. All have great personalities. I would recommend JJ Family Dental to anyone.

This was my first time coming to JJ Family Dental. I’ve been to several other dental offices for my cleanings. I would definitely recommend JJ Family Dental for your dental needs. Dr. Hong is very detailed and thorough when completing her oral exam after getting your x rays completed. I would say that no other dentist has informed me better of my current dental history than how Dr. Hong explained it to me. My hygienist, Kaily, was thorough with my cleaning. As always, I was told that I need to floss more often and it would prevent tartar buildup and make my cleanings a lot easier. Give JJ Family Dental a try!

One of the most friendly and welcoming environments I have experienced from the moment I arrived until I left. Every person who worked there had this same type of positive attitude. Dr. Hong was very thorough in her examination and explaining the results of what the x-rays through visual technology. Stephanie, the hygenist, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I am grateful I found this place as it is so close to my home. I highly recommend Dr. Hong.

Dr. Hong and the staff here at JJ Family Dental are the best. They provide A+ care, friendliness, and service. They communicate clearly, and are dependable and timely. I moved here in recent years and have found them impressive in their approach especially during covid. They are updated in their technologies and methodologies, while providing the old school service of person to person interaction and care. My wife and all my children also come here. They are very good with young children, with my children saying that they wish they could come to the dentist with me when I come in for a cleaning, to get the cool prizes, as well as experience child-friendly dentistry with the animal bibs, appliances, and sunglasses. We are very thankful for the entire staff here. I could not recommend them more.

Have been going to JJ Family Dental for 15 years - back when Dr. Cooper was the dentist. Transitioning to Dr. Hong was seamless. She uses modern technology and is very good with her patients. Also the staff is also friendly and good at what they do.
