Dr Griffith always explains things thoroughly. The how and why of a diagnosis or course of treatment and he takes the time to answer all my questions. I have never felt rushed or like a nuisance. Sometimes he gets a little behind schedule because he does this for everyone. He makes sure his patients leave informed and comfortable with that information. I don’t mind waiting a little longer knowing that it’s because he takes the time to connect with his patients showing empathy and courtesy.

I found my experience with this doctor to be disappointing. He often came across as callous and dismissive, providing little to no meaningful assistance. His demeanor felt arrogant, and he seemed to disregard patients' time and concerns.

After three visits with no real solutions, I sought a second opinion from another doctor who provided exceptional care, listened to my grievances, and offered effective solutions. The contrast in service was stark; while this doctor dismissed my concerns, the second doctor took them seriously and actively worked toward helping me.

Overall, my experience with this provider was frustrating and unhelpful, and I would not recommend him based on my interactions.

There was little to no wait time when I arrived for my appt. as well as in the exam room. Dr. Griffith was attentive, very pleasant and amusing which as usual put me at ease and explained everything very clearly to me so I can move forward with my next steps. Very knowledgeable in all expects of foot issues and shared his own experience with me which was very helpful. He was patient and understanding but most of all Dr. Griffith was calming and did not rush me just to end the visit like some doctors would to get me out the door!

Dr. Griffith is an excellent doctor with extensive knowledge and experience, as well as a great sense of humor. He was very thorough, quickly identified multiple problems, and took plenty of time to explain the biomechanics of my injury and answer my questions. He gave recommendations for toe splints, the best supportive running shoes, and off the shelf inserts - all available at a local shoe store. I have much less pain now and am healing up. Dr. Griffith is a real gem!

Dr. Griffith has been my podiatrist when I recently had to have surgery to remove a fibroma from my ankle, I didn't hesitate to have him perform the surgery. In the past, he has also removed a plantar wart from my sole and also worked with my son to get him orthotics for his flat feet. In all these engagements, he has been both extremely professional and thorough. He has taken the time to answer all my questions and has been very reassuring before and after the procedure. I would not hesitate to go to him if I had any podiatry issues in the future.

Dr. Griffith analyzed my underfoot problem and advised me to get shoes with a higher heel (HOKA). He also advised me to do some specific stretching exercises. He was patient and spent a good amount of time with me, answering all of my questions. I will have another visit with him to follow up on my progress.

On-time, professional and courteous intake by the staff followed by visit with Dr. Griffith who reviewed my previous and current podiatric issues with focus, attention and detail. He was thorough and compassionate in providing treatment and future plans. Being a medical professional myself, I would give him and the staff high grades.
