I had an amazing experience with Dr. Copeland at Jones and Copeland Smiles! She did extensive dental work for me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, she made sure I was completely comfortable and relaxed. The entire process was smooth and -surprisingly- painless. She’s incredibly skilled, gentle, and clearly takes pride in doing quality work.

The entire staff was also fantastic- friendly, professional, and welcoming. They really make the whole experience feel easy and stress free. I e always been a bit anxious about dental visits, but Dr. Copeland and her team have completely changed that for me. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care in a warm and supportive environment!

Dr. Caitlin Long at Jones & Copeland Smiles has been my lifesaver. I am grateful to her and her assistants for everything they have done for me through a major dental surgery and denture fitting process. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. I was terrified of the dentist, before coming to her, and had to take a calming medication just to drive there. I do not have to take any calming medications to see Dr. Long. Now I am actually happy to go to my appointments because her demeanor is very calming and she has been truly the best dentist I have ever seen. She and her assistants are always making sure you are comfortable. Thank you Dr. Long!! I am so glad I found you and Jones and Copeland Smiles. Now I can smile, talk, and eat without pain and embarrassment.

From Angela that made me feel comfortable on my first visit, to Colleen at the front desk that somehow remembered me after the very first visit, to my fabulous hygienist, Kelly, who has become like a friend, to Dr Copeland, who takes time to personalize a plan to help you achieve your goals and looks out for your best interest. They have erased years of fear. Today, Laurie and Dr Copeland were so kind and made a root canal feel more like a day at the spa. Best of all, I am getting my smile back. I have been going here for years. But recently, I had to have 2 implants done. Dr. Hannah and Gina were great. They made the process from beginning to end a great experience, and today I walked out with a mouth full of teeth, and my 2 new teeth look amazing! Would recommend this office to anyone looking for great care. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendly ladies at the front desk to the minute you leave, you will be treated like you are family.

Also, the new office is very nice, comfortable, and stocked with snacks and drinks to enjoy. I rarely have to wait for my appointment more than a few minutes.

Absolutely the best provider in my entire healthcare network. Been going here for years now. Feeling shiny and clean! My daughter said it best, “that place was so much fun. I want to go back!” It may because of the slime and fidget toys they got but we’re all leaving happy and healthy.
