Was referred to this office by my primary for plantars.

This office is unbelievably overbooked, and you can't get an appointment for weeks from date of call.

Finally went in to see Dr Shahine. At this point I'm limping, in pain, and have been using OTC insoles.

Dr Shahine was great - nice, attentive, caring. She gave me a cortisone shot and scanned my feet for custom insoles and said it would be 4-6 weeks. The shot really helped.

Over the course of the next 12 weeks the office never reached out to me. I called four times, each time the front office was rather dismissive, said they would check on the status and call me back. Not a single time did they call back. My appointment to get the insoles at the eight week mark came, they called to cancel because my insoles weren't ready. They said as soon as they came in they would get me in right away. When they came in the office called and gave me an appointment in another 2.5 weeks.

I wore the insoles according to the break in process and they were so aggressive that they created a ton of knee problems and caused a lot of pain. Saw my Ortho and he said stop wearing them. I am following up with a new podiatrist.

Basically wasted four months of my time in pain for no reason.

Dr Parks office is overbooked and poorly run. Absolutely would not return, would not recommend. Let my primary office know what happened as well.

Horrible treatment of a long time patient. Ripped my toenail half off yesterday and was told because I'm a new patient I can't be seen for 5 weeks. Been a patient for at least 10 years. Was referred to Urgent care. Several Urgent care places said they don't remove toenails. You'd think the doctor would know this. The office staff was horrible

Had such a great experience with Dr. Park! Lovely bedside manner and great surgeon. He checked in with me a few of the following days after my procedure to make sure I was doing okay and asked if I had any further questions. He makes himself very available to his patients and works efficiently. If you have bunions, need insoles made, or have any foot/ankle concerns at all, I highly recommend coming to him & his staff before anyone else!

Last year I was preparing to run a marathon when the dreaded ingrown nail came after me. I was refered to Dr. Park and boy was I lucky. From the moment I walked through the door the experience was great. Everyone was polite, welcoming and ready to answer any questions that might arise. Once I met doctor Park I knew I was in good, knowledgeable and capable hands. He took all the necessary time to explain what could be done about my nail and all the different steps we could take. We went for a conservative approach at first which helped for a while but unfortunately didn't get rid of the problem. On my second visit he then went for the next step and it was because of this that I was able to run the marathon and complete it with no pain on my toes. Unfortunately, after a few months the problem arose once again but I knew exactly where to go. Dr. Park once again took the time to go through what the next step should be. My ingrown toenail has never been an everyday problem, it only hurts after I run for 6+ miles so the conservative approach that would get me back to running as soon as possible was always the best approach for my case. This time I had no insurance and the prices were really really reasonable. Hopefully this is the last time I have to deal with this problem but if I need to trust my feet to anyone it will certainly be Dr. Park.

P.S. I should also point out that everytime I've been to the office I was seeing Dr. Park within 5 minute of arriving for my appointment.

I've never reviewed a doctor before but it was such a brilliant appointment I feel compelled to do so. Besides having an on-time and efficiently run office, Dr. Park was incredibly helpful and informative. He thoroughly and clearly explained everything I needed to know, answered all my questions and I just couldn't have asked for a better experience. Wonderful doctor!

Dr. Park and his team are seriously the best! Dr. Park has performed 3 of my ankle surgeries. He is so kind and comforting and always made me feel very comfortable and prepared for my procedures. I’m usually in an out of there for appointments and he always makes me feel very at home when I come in for my visits! Highly recommend!

Unbelievably good service and communication. I know doctors are qualified and knowledgeable, so I look for that trust more than anything. Dr. Park always remembered past treatments and studies the patient files well before entering your room. His ankle surgery and follow-up care is what kept me walking.
