First of all the front desk office manager Darcy is amazing! Always confirming appointments through text. The Dental hygienist was the best I ever had ! The dental assistant was amazing. My new Dentist forever Dr. Liang! She is so good and so talented she did a crown for me and filled a cavity and pain afterwards! I would highly recommend Dr. Liang! The whole staff very friendly, very professional and they show that they care about you!!!

My first encounter with Dr. Liang was regarding an urgent matter of a cracked tooth. I ate popcorn and cracked a tooth. It was the best experience I have had at a dentist despite how much work I needed done. Since then, I have returned.

Dr. Liang is very personable and professional. She explains everything clearly and gave me options, as well as educated explanations of each item that needed to be done. She is extremely attentive to detail and brought to my attention other dental work that needed addressing. She showed me the evidence. She is a perfectionist and aspires to have a job “well done.”
The dental staff all work as a “team” ~hard working - who are highly skilled in their profession. The Hygienists are all exceptional. They proceed with caring hands and explain the procedure. The Assistants for Dr Liang show compassion and share with me the details which gives me sense of calmness and peace. The office Manager - She conveys the image of a professional office and a competent work staff. Her communication skills are “top notch”, attention to details, multi tasks and keeps it organized.

I will recommend Karen J. Liang DDS to everyone I know.

I finally found the perfect office and so happy about it. Front office are as friendly as one can imagine and professional, office is superb clean and spotless and Dr Liang is so knowledgeable, explains everything and the plan of treatment. She has such a strong work ethics and makes the patient feel at total comfort and they are very reasonable in their prices. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
