I just came here they wouldn't even take me because I had the "wrong medical card" I guess you need a separate card for dental. I have no problem with this information. But the two ladies at the front Give me attitude and were laughing at me. I was calm and reasonable and they've made me start crying. I am in toothpane and they pre approved me yesterday. Never coming back here . Walked right out. The ladies were extremely rude. I have never been treated this way from any business before.

Edit: I called sunshine dental in san dimas (which kassab dental said they were doing things illegally) They said you can use your medical card or your social security if you need to get seen by a dentist covered by medi Cal. So kassab was wrong. I Gave this place a chance all five star.

I ended up finding Dr Kassab based on a recommendation from other family members that have gone to him. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I ended up needing to get an implant which I was extremely nervous about because of all the horror stories I would see online. I finished up the process a few days ago and I have to say it was so easy! I was kept informed during the whole process of what the next steps were, he would even call to check in on me to make sure everything was healing properly. The staff was all polite and attentive as well. I would definitely recommend a visit to Dr Kassab.

This review is coming from someone that has been thru a lot from bad experiences in the past, got terrible jobs done by other dentists. This place is very clean. All the staff are very friendly and professional, specially Dr. Kassab. He is very patient and GENTLE. He really takes his time and make you feel comfortable, he promised me that I will not need the laughing mask and he was right. All the staff made me feel comfortable. If you are not sure which dentist to go this is the one. Give them a chance and you won’t regret. I am very happy with their service and my new crowns looks awesome :). This place is a keeper.

This is my first time going to this dentist office previously for years I have been going to a dentist in Orange County but I got tired of the drive now that I'm 80 years old so I looked around for a dentist with the best ratings in San Dimas in this dental office had a 5.0 rating on Google. I'm sorry to say that on my third appointment here for cleaning I got there 5 minutes early. I was called in 10 minutes late. I waited 10 more minutes in the chair. The doctor did my cleaning and only spent 10 minutes and was very painful when doing it. Then the gal spent about 10 minutes finishing up polishing my teeth! I belong to a PPO and I've never had such a short amount of attention and as much pain with the cleaning as the doctor exerted on my mouth! I will not be returning to this dentist again!
