Dr. Purdue and her staff are exceptional! I had to relocate to Red Bluff temporarily because of the Camp Fire in Paradise, CA and needed a cleaning and check up for a painful tooth. She accepted me immediately, didn't need records and did a thorough cleaning, check up and made another appointment to repair my painful tooth. If I move out of the area, I still will return to visit this dental office regardless the distance..

I had a great fear of dentists for a long time due to bad experiences in my childhood and teen years, then I had a need to see one , tried several before a friend referred me to Dr. Eglian, and she changed my entire outlook and reversed my fears. She is compassionate, patient and very knowledgeable. She also offers a wide variety of care for a dental office in a small town. The staff are great, from the front desk to the hygienist this is by far the best dental office in the northstate in my opinion.

After talking to staff members and traveling over 60 miles I found this dentist to the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. She was confrontational, rude and condescending. I am a senior citizen and have seen a plethora of dentist in my life. She would not accept any documents from the dentist I have used in Placer County, CA. for some 25 years. She demanded x-rays or would not allow her hygienist to clean my teeth. She became confrontational with me. I left and found 2 other dentists that accepted my records. I have all but one of my original teeth, they are straight a very few cavities. I brush them 3 times a day.
There are far too many dentists in this country to allow yourself to be treated as she did.

AT 8:20 AM, Called the staff on a tooth aches from southwest Gold Beach , Oregon. I explained my concern and got me an a 4pm. Slot. I drove 7 hours straight and arrived on time. They were like precision team. Brought in , they asked questions, took x ray and there advance technologies equipments. Review Ed on the computer and Dr Katrina came in and analyzed the issue and out the door I go. Great team work with care and understanding of my issue. Drove by that same night and arrival to my destination at 1 am with matters resolved. Great Jon and team work. I recommend Dr Katrina Eglisn highly!!

If you are looking for a new dentist and dental hygienist and can wait until they have an opening (usually a few months) I would HIGHLY recommend waiting.

A few years ago I tried getting in to see Dr. Perdue but couldn't wait 4 months to get in, so... I went to another dentist in town and had a terrible experience there. I was charged a crazy amount and talked into all sorts of things I found out later I really did not need.

I no longer have dental insurance so I needed a new dentist that would not take advantage like the other did. I asked around and found out from a friend who knew Dr. Perdue personally she mentioned she is honest and only does procedures that need to be done.

As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the most friendly receptionist EVER who somehow knew my name my first ever visit and still does every time I come in! Not to mention the new building is beautiful as well. Every hygienist and employee there who walks by is smiling or laughing.

My personal hygienist is Kunjal! She is fabulous! I can not sing enough praises for her! She is so meticulous and is so full of knowledge. I learned so much from my cleaning today it's unreal! She beams with love for her job and everyone can sense that.

You will love Dr. Perdue! She did not pressure me into getting any work done I didn't need. She was very honest and has been every time I have seen her since! Dr. Perdue is an amazing person -beautiful inside and out! I have found my lifetime dentist and I am so grateful!!! These people are the best!! Look no further if you need a dentist!!

This review is to inform parents who do not want to give their children Fluoride.

I called ahead of time to ask if my young child would be given fluoride during our very first dentist appointment. I was politely told by the receptionist that they would not be doing a fluoride treatment. The appointment came. The staff was friendly. The hygienist cleaned my child's teeth and said they were great - no cavities! After that the dentist (Perdue) came in for her consultation and began discussing fluoride with me (I had indicated on the questionnaire that we had not given our child fluoride). After hearing her professional opinion about the use of fluoride, she asked me very directly if I was against fluoride. I replied that I wasn't against it, but that my child still swallows toothpaste when brushing and we were still researching about it. Well much to my dismay she proceeded immediately to put fluoride (which she called "vitamins") on my child's teeth without asking my consent or even telling me what she was doing. I was blatantly told there would be no fluoride and the manner in which she took action was very unprofessional. Some might think... calm down it's just fluoride, but I am the parent and it is my choice. Her tone and actions were undermining to our desires for our child's dental health. If you don't want fluoride treatments for your child, don't go here.

I'm a new patient . Myself and my wife have been here now a couple times and they are very patient, professional and well staffed. Very happy that they allowed us to join their practice.
