I am very disappointed in coming to this doctor. 😞 I thought I was going to get root canal from this doctor. The day of surgery, he performs a cat scan of tooth and realizes the tooth can not be saved. Instead of informing that is situation. He leads me to believe that he has started root canal. Midway, he wants me to agree to toothpull. Considering the situation, I was mad about doctor's dishonesty and told him I will get work done some place else. Meanwhile, I paid 145 consulting fee for misdiagnosis and my insurance will pay $ 500 for incomplete endo therapy. What a rip-off. Make sure you see the findings of the catscan before you agree to do anything with this doctor.

I have had two root canals performed by Dr. Komatsu and his staff. Both times he and his team went above and beyond to make sure my experience was as easy and painless as possible.
The second time, the office had me come in within minutes of my initial phone call. They stayed after closing hours to get me in and make sure I was safe and taken care of.

I went to Dr. Komatsu to get a second opinion for a failed root canal. He was so meticulous and now for the first time in a couple of years the area feels like it is healing. My bite has also been off for a couple of years from a poorly implanted crown which he also corrected, I forgot what normal felt like. He is so gentle, and kind and his staff are so accommodating, the office feels like a family. For the first time in a long time, I feel like my teeth are becoming healthy again. I cannot thank the entire office enough.
