In and out quickly. Good location with enough free parking.
A super clean office.
A great hygienist who asked pertinent questions and took notes (I think). She also cared about my comfort: neck roll, blanket... Price increased by about 10%, unfortunately. Maybe the blanket and neck roll were extra. Lol

My experience with Dr Kelly Elward & her staff had been outstanding. The entire team is friendly, respectful, courteous, skillful, & kind. I had a crown replaced and it was by far the most positive experience I've had with getting a crown in my life. Dr Edward's herself is highly skilled, precise, thorough, with no wasted movement yet with a keen eye always towards the patients comfort. The environment is relaxing & welcoming. A trip to her office feels like a trip to a spa for my teeth.

The office is clean and well kept. Every staff member I spoke with was kind and patient and was not condescending. Dr. Elward spent 45 minutes getting to know me and examining me as a new patient. She listened well and asked about my previous experiences at dentists. She was down to earth and she gained my trust. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed or coerced in any way. I wasn’t pressured into anything and was told that I could take my time. I wasn’t shamed about my teeth and what treatment they needed. It was a wonderful first appointment and I have high hopes that I have found the perfect new dentist and office.

I have been going to Dr. Elward for 5 years now, and I also take my mom who has dementia and is in a wheelchair to see her. From the start, I was always so impressed by how conscious Dr. Elward was of minimizing discomfort during dental procedures. When I needed to have some local anaesthesia I mentioned to her that the anaesthesia itself makes my heart race and makes me feel anxious. She was the first dentist who ever told me there is a different kind she could use that doesn't have the ingredient that makes some people feel anxious. I was amazed that no one ever offered this to me at other dentists! That is just one example, and I am very grateful to Dr. Elward for being so considerate and knowledgeable in many instances. She has also helped make decisions that make sense for my mom's dental health given her age and condition. The dental hygienists have also been great with my mom, and the receptionists are very welcoming and helpful.

I have to say that hygenist was the BEST I have ever experienced in my 63 years of dental cleaning and check-ups. She was so polite, friendly, informative, gentle and not too chatty. My teeth felt so clean and not scraped. In the past, other hygenist at my former dental offices were too aggressive with the scaping and gum cleaning, leaveing my mouth sore for a few days. This is by far the best dental office I have experienced in my life time. It's not overly decorative but very clean and contempory. The staff and doctor are friendly and professional.

I was visiting from out of town and had a tooth problem! OUCH Then my son suggested I use his dentist, said "Kelly is amazing!!" I went with his recommendation and glad I did!! Hard to find a great dentist, especially on the road. She knows what she is doing and I was able to enjoy my vacation!! Recommend her 100%

Best dentist office ever!! Dr. Elward and her staff go above & beyond to make you comfortable. They are super careful and make sure their patients are never in pain. I can’t say enough good things about them!
