Super friendly staff. They were amazing with my child with autism. The hygienist explained everything she was going to do, showed him all the equipment beforehand and took breaks when he needed them. Very pleasant experience.

My daughter has been taking her brothers for the last couple of years to their dental appointment and all of a sudden we’re having issues. I gave the office my ID insurance cards everything and all of a sudden you all don’t have that on file. I’m not sure what’s going on but it’s becoming an issue. I love Dr Elick all my kids have been to him. I just hope we get this resolved.

Always an enjoyable visit for my girl. From the moment you walk in till the moment you step out, everyone is extremely friendly and make sure to make it an enjoyable experience for kids. Whether it’s a regular cleanup or a procedure, they are amazing and needless to say about the ambience, the paintings and every little detail is adorable.

I hate to give bad reviews, but I’m highly disappointed. I checked with my insurance company AND called this office to confirm this dentist was in network. I was told he was. I then received a bill for $174 and thought it was a mistake because my insurance offers full coverage for routine dental appointments. I called the office’s billing department and was told they’ve never accepted my kind of insurance and even said they have notes from a call that I was informed of this prior to my daughter’s appointment, which is absolutely not true. I did call, but I was told he was in network.

Why in the world would I choose a regular dentist for regular routine cleanings that was out of network when there a tons in network in town?

If I hadn’t done my research, I’d absolutely take the blame, but I did and was given incorrect information (not to mention the note taking that is not true). They “met me halfway” and charged me half.

I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Friendly staff, there was not much of a wait even with new patient forms to fill out. Hygienists were incredibly patient and kind to my 2.5 year old during her first visit. The exam was quick and efficient. The experience was as positive as a whole, and my daughter is already excited for her next appointment.

Second visit with my son was outstanding. Everyone was great with my 19 mth old. We were in and out quickly. He is still playing with his turtle from the coin machine. He understood the concept this time around. Great practice ?.

Dr. Elick and his staff are amazing with my son. His first visit (just under 2 1/2 yrs old) was just a checkup, and he didn’t want to let them clean him yet. This time though, he was so excited for everything! The x-ray tech, hygienist, and ladies who led us around were all so sweet to him, and did an excellent job exposing him to unfamiliar things and making it fun before just diving in with the cleaning. Dr. Elick, as always, was incredibly friendly and kind. I remember my visits to his office growing up and I’m glad that my children get to have the same experience. Thank you, Kids Dental Group!
