Don't be fooled by the facade. Parents lounge/coffee/ playground/sweet nurses. This review is a few years overdue. This was my sons first dentist for years. It seemed like he always needed major work but they said he just had very weak teeth. His last visit here, he had a new cavity. They quoted me about $700 because he would also need nitrous oxide. I couldn't afford, it took 6 months to save. I was too embarrassed to go back having waited so long I took him to another local office, just for kids. He got it done for under $150. No laughing gas not even needles. They explained it was such a small cavity they wouldn't need anything unless he said it hurt. It didn't, he didn't need anything. Another thing about Kids little smiles, is you are not welcome back there with them which I never questioned. At this office they welcomed me to come back there with him and I watched the whole thing. Just for kids has been his Dentist ever sense. He hasn't ever had any new cavities since we've been with them. Now I am wiser and I question a dentist office who doesn't want parents back there and very quick to put a child to sleep during a simple procedure. Don't be fooled by the

If everyone of your patients are regarded like family may I ask why I given the same courtesy because in most families people if they have issues they are to be discussed as adults and an agreement can be reached then great but, if nothing can be reached then an amicable spit would be reached . Our last in person interaction was less than professional I got there an hour before my oldest sons appointment 8:30am .So I arrived to your office approximately 7:30am , a half hour before you asked us to be there . We waited until approximately 9:30 am so ask how much longer would it be because my autistic son was stating to loss his patience a bit. I was told another 15 minutes mind you it’s already hour passed his appointment time . I wait the 15 then another and asked again only to be met with attitude from the long gray/purplish office worker told me to be patient and he would be called back soon enough she also had to add that they fit my son into that day we scheduled when I fact my son goes every single yr since 2022 in October with out fail. So her remark did upset me so I went and sat down , very much upset with her comment like my child doesn’t mean anything and as the gray haired office worker “ we just fit him in “ the comment was made to make it same like everyone else had priority over my kid who was being very patient considering he had eaten anything since the night before. So I waited till approximately 10:30 and ask if he going to be seen by this point my kids are done .i am done I ask to be rescheduled because it’s two hour since his set appointment time . I was told to just wait 15 more minutes because another little was having some issues and it was taking longer than anticipated. I understand that but I wasn’t given that information until I was already upset . If they had COME to me and let me know i would have been much more understanding ,but instead I had to seek out that information my self I wasn’t given any common courtesy. I am a very understanding person when it comes to littles i get it but i am upset with they simply fact

1) I waited well over two hours after the set appointment
2) if I would have been informed that the situation was taking longer I would have been understandably, but wasn’t given that . I didn’t need to know the anything personal but it would have been nice for someone to inform me that it’s going to take longer than the doctors thought.especially when ever before they let me know of any complications .

The last visit with kids little smile was not an experience I would want any parents to go though I hope that in the future don’t lie about a broken appointment when in fact ,I was there waiting well over two hours after without as much as a “hey it’s taking much longer than we thought what would you like to do maybe reschedule “ not a breakup post it because basically that is letter is . My kids loved this place ,but this applauding but I guess we move on please soon in on the lovely break-up letter

This is by far the best kids dentistry we've been to! The kids loved the indoor playground. The service was also great and the kids loved it here! ? 10/10

I always have the best experience. My two kids have been going here for years. They go above my expectations for my kids. My son broke his permanent tooth in the front, they saw me that moment, and fixed his tooth, calmed me down in the process. Amazing staff from the front desk all the way through to the dr. You are number 1. Thank you always for the most caring and professional team!!

Everyone is so friendly and mannerly. I love how they inform me on my daughter’s teeth. I have a 7 year old and a 5 year old. They both enjoyed their experience. I was taking my girls to another dentist. My oldest had an issue with a new tooth coming in. I called their original dentist and they NEVER called me back. I called Kids Little Smiles and they called me back right away. Due to this quick response and friendly staff, I moved both my daughters to Kids Little Smiles. Thank you to all the staff for not just taking care of my daughters teeth, but for also taking good care of my girls.

If your looking for the best dental care for your children, this is it. I give 5 stars for the care they give the children and how well they address any concerns and thier priority is the children for sure. The friendliness of the staff is above and beyond too. It’s also got a lot of fun stuff for the kids to keep entertained. All around this dental office is amazing.

Our experience was awesome everyone was kind and polite. They walked the kids through it and made them comfortable. They have a play center and games so I was able to fill out paperwork while the kids played. If this were here when I was a kid I would have loved the dentist. This is so awesome glad we found a great place for our kids.

My boys had an amazing 1st time at the dentist. I couldn’t be more pleased with the Doctor and the entire staff. Everyone there was so polite and attentive. I would recommend Kids Little Smiles to anyone looking for a great dentist.
