I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lowry! She has saved my “life” on numerous occasions, and guided me towards healing and living better on many levels! She expertly and successfully helped me journey my way through several life changes, many dysfunctional relationships, the death of a spouse, managing close family members’ alcoholism, panic attacks/anxiety, trauma, abuse, breast cancer treatments, and so many more day-to-day issues that are too many to list! I saw her in person before the pandemic and have continued with phone sessions since then. I am comforted knowing that I will get a weekly call and more if there is a need…I have her number to text day or night and she is quick to respond. I have praised her to friends and even acquaintances more than once, and have even recommended her to friends near and far. We have cried and laughed and debated together! I wish we could hang out together, but there’s always a strict code of conduct and professionalism that maintains the doctor/patient relationship! I am blessed to have Dr. Lowry as my skilled therapist and would highly recommend her!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Lowry. I have been meeting with her regularly since October 2021; the progress I've made over the past three years has been transformational. I've learned so many skills and tricks for how to manage anxiety and depression, and having regular calls with Dr. Lowry has helped me practice those skills until they become second nature.

My communication skills, especially in stressful situations or conflicts, have improved immeasurably thanks to Dr. Lowry. As a result, my relationships and quality of life are so much better than they were when I first reached out to her.

Dr. Lowry has been helping me for the last 10 years+ for me to manage my stress, stemming from the low-grade chronic depression. It is an on-going coping process for which there is no “I’m done now; I’m 100% well!” end.
To be able to speak openly, and in confidence to an intelligent adult, who does not judge me, but suggest different perspectives to see the mental/emotional landscape, is extremely helpful. I use a journal to keep track of my days, and ask Dr. Lowry’s opinions on my experiences m, which opens up doors/windows to move out of some frustrating issues of life.
I recommend her highly; she is a patient and compassionate lister!

I wish Google could give a zero star. This so-called mental health physician is on a platform to help people, yet she causes more harm than good. Stay far far away from her if you are looking for help! I encouraged my ex-husband to seek therapy for the benefit of our 7 year old daughter and unfortunately he found a non-caring, money hungry, terrible excuse for a therapist. Lowery ( I can't even put doctor in front of her title) not only did not help our family but due to her greed she caused even more trauma. She conducted tele-health sessions with my ex and allowed him to continue in the session on the phone while in the car with my 7 year old daughter present, on multiple occasions. He would pick her up from school at 4:30 and continue his session with my daughter in the car until 5pm. I witnessed this at the school and confronted my ex with Lowery still on the phone, he then handed me the phone, I proceeded to inform Lowery of her unethical, unprofessional, and harmful behavior. Her response was screaming at me "NO NO, YOUR NOT MY PATIENT!" then she proceeded to hang up on me. WOW! These are the kind of people that cause more damage than good because they are given the platform, and if no one speaks out she will continue to hurt families. I am also filing a formal complaint with the CA. state board but I want all to know to run from this so-called physician!
