Can’t recommend enough, money well spent! I took my tween daughter here for local cryotherapy for tendinitis. Patrice was bubbly, funny and really cared about our experience and filled with knowledge. I’ll look forward to the next time we go back.

I have tried another local cryo centre which doesn’t come close for service, equipment and staff.

I came in for a cupping appointment on 9/3/2024 at 2 p.m. There was only one person working and I was shocked by how rude she was. She was very short with me and acted like I was wasting her time with my questions. I told her it was my first time doing cupping and tried to get some information/advice/aftercare from her, and again she acted like I was wasting her time and she didn’t give me any information. Overall a really bad experience. I will not be returning even though I still have a gift certificate.

Unfortunately, I've never been to your facility EVER... There is no way I would've ever known you are appointment based only. Maybe a sign on the door that directs people to your website so they aren't interrupting appointments The counter in question was an open entry way, nothing that noted you should not enter, it seemed more like a counter that people walk up to make payment or get information at. The only reason I walked back was to get some information and be on my way, because I did notice you were busy. Services are probably great, my review is only in reference to my experience as a prospective new client that was interested in your services. You were not welcoming at all, and even now your response is very defensive and dismissive and that's unfortunate because I'm sure you offer great services.

Saturday 10/12/24 about 3:30pm. My husband and I happened to be in the same shopping center. I noticed this business and was interested in services for my teenage son. I walked in and there was someone in a side office/room that yelled out I'll be right with you. Someone was sitting in the lobby waiting as well... Because they looked a little busy, I walked over to the counter/desk past the lobby and thought maybe there was printed information on services or packages that they may offer. I took a few steps to the counter when woman came and asked if I had an appt. I said I just wanted some info she said you need an appointment, and all our information is online. She handed me a card and said everything was by appt only, she seemed annoyed, brushed me off and walked away. Not welcoming and very unpleasant experience.

Patrice and Nicole were so nice and approachable. Very calming atmosphere. My husband and I has localized cryotherapy treatments. Loved it, we'll be back again.
