Amazing care, excellent office staff and Doctor. Have an overly anxious 7 year old when it comes to the dentist. Had a dental abscess not clearing with antibiotics. The office was so amazing in that they had me bring her the same day I called. Procedure scheduled 4 days later (and that’s because the weekend broke it up). IV went in smoothly and she was lights out for her molar extraction. All instructions and communication were so clear. Best part was the amount of patience each staff member, including the doctor, had for my daughter. Highly recommend for any pediatric oral surgeon needs.

My entire family has come here for oral surgeries and we have nothing but good things to say. The assistants are welcoming and helpful and Dr. Vaughan is communicative, thorough, and qualified. He makes sure to check for nerves, take everything into consideration, and reassure the patients and families. Kim is so kind, sensitive, knowledgeable, and caring. She called me the night of the surgery. I kept bleeding (on blood thinners). She told me to use tea bags, bite on them, don’t talk. She called me every half hour to see how I was doing. Very comfortable office and staff. Second time I have had oral surgery there. I recommend it

It's my first time seeing Dr. Stephen Vaughan, (he was highly recommended by my dentist), and I was thoroughly impressed. His staff was very professional and the office was immaculate. I was very pleased with Dr. Vaughan's assessment of my dental implant problem, and I scheduled surgery for 2/10/25. I will try to submit another review after the procedure.

Dr. Vaughan and his staff are amazing. I went once during Covid for the left side of my wisdom teeth and just this week for the right side. They have maintained their cheerful and friendly disposition. It is relatively easy to get an appointment. The doctor is extremely good at what he does. I was in hardly any pain at all after both procedures. When I did have an issue this last time, they were quick to help me and care to make sure that was taken care of. I highly highly highly recommend this clinic for any of your tooth surgery. Thanks guys! You’re the best.

I was getting three teeth surgery and implants at the same time. Naturally, I did not feel anything during the procedure due to total anaesthesia but it was amazing that I did not experience any pain after the procedure. For days after, no pain, bleeding or any inflammation! Thank you Dr. Vaughan for such a great job and also thank you for caring for your patients!

This is an excellent dentistry company. Dr. Vaughan has every reason to be pleased with his staff and is worthy of praise for his skills. I had a difficult upper tooth extraction which was further complicated by a sinus cavity infection near that tooth.
Just yesterday Dr. Vaughan and his team took care of this almost painlessly, and recovery is very easy, I'm almost back to normal. No swelling nor pain 24 hours later.
I highly recommend this dentist and his team.

Dr Vaughan is simply the best oral surgeon in Orange County! He is knowledgeable, skillful and caring. His office is clean and organized, his staffs are friendly. I have been to many dentists because I have bad teeth, I had many dental work done in the past with unpleasant results. Dr Vaughan is the one I have been going to in the past few years for tooth extraction and dental implants. I feel lucky to be able to find Dr Vaughan!!
