Due to multiple surgeries, I have been to several different rehab facilities. La Mesa Rehab has been by far the best! The management and staff all love their jobs and it reflects the quality of care. Everyone is greeted by name and the knowledgeable staff give excellent hands on treatment with kind, clear instructions. Great job!

This pulmonary rehab clinic is the best period!!! My wife was having a progressively worse time and struggling badly with terminal COPD and pulmonary fibrosis. After researching and trying to help her I found LMR online. Boy oh boy am I grateful for this. My wife's lung functioning and quality of life has improved ENORMOUSLY. ALL BECAUSE OF LA MESA REHAB!!! Tammy the head of the rehab is the most kind knowledgeable around a real consumate professional. The atmosphere is so kind happy and encouraging. We are so blessed to have these fine people in our life. Thank you EVERYONE at LA Mesa Rehab. Please if you need lung or physical therapy PLEASE GO HERE. Only 5 percent of people that have lung problems in America get this help. No need to suffer extra

I started physical therapy at La Mesa Rehab late July early August after a devastating fall and a broken left arm that required a Left Reverse Arthroplasty Surgery. I had very little mobility and was terrified when I walked in. From the moment I
met with Dr Peavy I knew I was in the right place. There is no babying or coddling and although Dr Peavy and her staff are very kind and supportive, your recovery is on you and that's really what it is all about. They challenged me and kept telling me "that I can do this." Little by little I began to make progress and began to look forward to going to Physical Therapy. Dr. Peavy's staff are amazing. They encouraged me to do better at every appointment. My mobility has really improved and what I thought would be a lifetime disability is now more of an inconvenience. I continue to work with my Physical Therapists in hopes I will have my full mobility back. I'm not giving up and either are they. I am far from their only patient but they make me feel like I am. Thank You Dr. Peavy and La Mesa Rehab.

Last year I fell at work and injured my neck and fractured my elbow.
I just finished up my PT at La Mesa Rehab and I can't praise them enough for the healing of my neck and now, being able to use my left arm again. Everyone was caring and compassionate and made sure you felt like family every time you came in. My physical health is now back on track again. Thank you La Mesa Rehab!

I went to La Mesa Rehab, after not being able to get knee rehabilitation soon enough through Veterans Administration. My overall experience was positive,
Doctor Peavy and her staff got me back to 100% within a short period.
I want to especially recognize Lukas, who's attention to details, always caught my slight miscues in exercises and showed me the correct ways.

I am now back to hiking and walking the golf course, pain free!

Thanks to all the great people at LM Rehab. They taught me how to breathe differently "smell the roses, blow out the candles" , I don't think I will ever forget that phrase! They were all very helpful, kind and professional. I returned home with handouts about pulmonary exercises besides other exercises to help me carry on with what they taught me. The salt therapy was something new to me and very helpful. This is a great place for all kinds of therapy with great people helping you to live better.

La Mesa Rehab staff is the best!! I started therapy with them for my long Covid and they gave me so much information that I have been able to use and apply in my continual healing journey. From the moment you enter the door, you are greeted by Julie,who instantly makes you feel welcome. From there you are introduced to their staff : all are very professional and makes you feel
Important as an individual. I learned many new ways to enhance my breathing as well as how to use my cane properly. On the day of discharge,,I asked Julie” how do you guys remain so upbeat day after day?” She said”we love what we do” so if you are ever in need of a comprehensive rehab center,I would recommend “La Mesa” Rehab.
