I highly recommend Lafayette Physical Therapy. I just completed an 8 week program associated with a full knee replacement and was very pleased with the expertise, experience and guidance that was provided to me. My husband Bill had a great experience. He presented with a difficult nerve pain and the PT's were able to identify the correct nerve and provide Therapy that cleared up the problem. Also provided a good routine for on going maintenance

This is my third round of healing an injury at Lafayette PT and for the third time I am amazed at the improvement I experienced. Not only do they have very skilled therapists but it is a very pleasant place to visit. Everyone is so nice!

This was my first experience with physical therapy. I used the Pleasant Hill location. I was experiencing a combination of knee, shoulder and neck pains.
My therapists Megan and Gary were excellent. They complemented each other well with my twice per week visits. The home exercises can be overwhelming, but they worked and helped quickly in my quest to overcome pains. It takes commitment. Sessions alone are not enough.
All staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was pleasant and welcoming for visits. I highly recommend Lafayette Physical Therapy.

I had ongoing pain between my left hip area and upper thigh.
Gary taught me exercises that would stretch and strengthen the area. It wasn’t long before it started to feel stronger. Sometimes a particular exercise hurt afterwards but he taught me when that happens to stretch or exercise the area or ice it.
He constantly challenged me with new exercises. If I didn’t understand or forgot how to do the exercise when I got home, at my next session he would review with me how to do it or modify it to work better for me. He always asked and listened to how I was feeling about each new exercise.
Gary is so knowledgeable and I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to benefit from his training and experience. I have learned so much from him and will continue doing all my exercises as they have become a part of my routine for a healthy life.

This is the 2nd time I have used their services though for different ailments. Both times I worked with Naomi, whom I can only say positive things about. Naomi listens, explains, and recommends a series of exercises and stretches geared to get you back to a healthier state. I highly recommend Lafayette Physical Therapy and especially Naomi.
