If I could give 0 stars I would. Office is dirty. Staff is rude. A patient went running to the bathroom to puke. The equipment is janky. You get your xrays taken in a dark corner. The dentist didn’t even look at my teeth and immediately told me I would need a deep cleaning and that it would be $160. To make it seem like she was doing me a favor she told me that she could just clean “one quadrant” and would charge me just $40. Again, all of this with a quick glance at my xrays and without checking my teeth all while talking to the assistant.

Don’t do it. I went here for fillings and they ruined my teeth. The entire tooth had to be removed because this doctor damaged my tooth. I was in so much pain. Even being in that office I never felt relaxed or in good hands. They slap you in the chair and you wait till the doctor brings his self in. I waited an hour and a half. I will never EVER return. The worse thing about the dentist industry is that when you sign those papers they can get away with all of this and ruin your smile for life. No consequences but you suffer. Close this office. Location looks awful anyway.

It took me a whole year to finally come back to this place. I originally went there to get my wisdom teeth removed, but then they told me I had cavities and they need to be filled and I need a root canal. They scheduled me for one cavity to be filled when I have three. then dentist told me to raise my hand if I felt any pain as she was drilling .so I did when i couldn’t handle it anymore and they just put my hand back down and kept going. it hurt it so bad to the point where I had to force myself up. I was crying and I had a panic attack. All she did was tell me to lay back down. She’s almost done.. I will not be going back there. I’m looking for an another dentist that is capable of caring for their patients. Oh and this just happened today .

DO NOT COME HERE!!!
i had 6 root canals ad ALL OF THEM HAVE FAILD and the caps were put on so poorly one of my teeth abscessed and spread to the rest of my body including gallbladder. i was in the hospital because of this. i trusted them and they spit in my face

I got remarkable service and warmth DDS very knowledgeable and got excellent experience! All my life i used DDS but never got beautiful service and results with no pain ! Thank you for finding them !

I was looking for a great dentist and I have finally found her.
She has done such a great job with my teeth and I don't trust anyone else with my teeth.
She has demonstrated that she is very kind and that she is concerned about my well-being. I had tried other two dentist offices but none can be compared to her at all.
I recommend my dentist. She is located at Lancaster Advanced Dental in Lancaster.
She cares about her patient's teeth and I like that I have finally found a dentist who cares about my teeth. She is also very polite and kind which is something that I had not found until now.
She is a great caring dentist and I recommend her services.

My mom's front tooth fell out when the female dentist drilled under/near the front crown tooth. She keeps calling my mom to come back. My mom is scared that it might get worse

I went to this place because the filling to the molars got broken. Doctor Sharonna recommended 4 filling more and 1 root
canal ,before I didn't have pain but after the filling is when my calvary started because my molars have pain I have gone more than 5 times and Dr. Sharonna still couldn't fix the issues with my molars. I came back to this place only because Dr Sharonna have already started the work on my molars and also because of the cruciated pain She said that the pain was normal then she started the root and the other part it was going to be finished by another Dr., turned out that it was a
bad decision because 2 days after I couldn't stand the pain that I was forced to go to the Emergency room. Dr. Sharonna said that I needed to wait 9 days because I had to wait until the other Dr came. Finally I made the smarr decision to go to another dental practice where the doctor is very proffesional and my new dentist says the filling is bad and she fixing it. now I need two root canal because of the bad job the doctor Sharonna did please stay away from this place because Dr Sharonna is a very incompetent Dentist and gets upset when you confront her.
