I enjoyed my visits to LC Dental. I'm usually anxious at the dentist, but they made sure I was comfortable. They communicate very clearly about pricing and always check your insurance first to give you your exact copay. I had a cleaning and fillings and was referred to another doctor for a root canal. Everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend this place.

Today I had my top-right wisdom tooth extracted It was super super pain-less short (10 min) process. I was amazed how smooth it was compared to the experience I had with another dentist for pulling some other 2 teeth. Dr. Cao did a wonderful job using the anesthesia as well and the 2 shots were just no pain at all.
I am resting at home and feel great afterward.

I have been one of the Dr. Cao's first batch of patients and all my family members have been going to LC Dental for over 10 years now with any dental problems we have ever had. We are all very happy with their services both medical/dental and other services, like the appointment making and reminding systems....I often receive emails and cell phone texts as appointment reminders. I love it, I could never miss any appointment times.
Yesterday I have had a long denture appointment ( almost 3 hours I was under the procedure), Dr. Chang was my dentist and he did excellent job on my bridge replacing work, which was a pretty complicated procedure. He cared a lot about how his patient felt during the procedure, and softly updating me what was going on currently, what he was trying to do next, etc. Although it was a long procedure, I have confidence on him and trusted that he would do an excellent work on me. I am completely satisfied for the longest dental appointment I have ever had in my life. I appreciate doctors and all staffs at LC Dental. I want to take this opportunity to say "Thank you very much".

First of all, I didn’t see your response on this comment until today and I didn’t receive any phone call from anyone!! I gave this rate was not because you didn’t give that so called discount. It’s because you took pics of my teeth without telling me there is a charge or what the amount is. Probably you do this all the time to your patients so the patients didn’t know nothing except to pay!!

While I just saw this now, I understand why you refused me making an appointment today. If I saw this before calling, I would never ever called you!

I just wanted to tell people the truth. I called the LC dental yesterday to make an appointment and Dr Cao told me to call them the next day to arrange on Saturday for my teeth issue. However, when I called today to make an appointment, I was told by the front desk that the LC dental is too busy to take my appointment. I asked when they will be available and was told that they don’t know...The front desk then said they can introduce me to another dental. That was so ironic. If you don’t want to have me as a patient, that’s totally fine. Just tell me that you refuse to take my appointment!!

Last, please remove the response to me last year because I don’t want to see your lie.

The facility of LC Dental is very new and modern and the environment is very clean and cozy. The most important part is Dr. Ling Cao. She is very nice and professional. She will explain every details of your procedure, like what your current situation and what should be done and why. She is also very patient to answer any questions you have.

I have been with LC Dental probably five years after frustrated with my previous dentist. Honestly, I feel safe at LC Dental. Things won't go wrong and the charge is not expensive. If they cannot handle it, like dental implant, they will recommend you to someone who can do the job properly. Of course, you may be able to find a cheaper one, but you have to bear the risk of failure.
