Overall a great place to receive therapy. Their cancelation protocol/fees are a little steep - $150 if less than 48 hour notice. Sometimes you can work around it with your individual provider. The patient portal is good for making your own appointments. The wait time on phone calls to main line is minimal, with out a lot of button pushing to get where you want to go. This, in itself, is anxiety reducing. My therapist and Psychiatrist are very good.

I do not recommend this place. This place is unreliable. I have been seeing Cecilia Lacoviello,for over 9 months now and not once did she ask me to come to see her in person. It's all been over zoom. I've never met her in person. She's never invited me down. She might not even exist. I don't even know I don't even know who I've been talking to on the other side of zoom for the last 9 months. With that being said, she does not take care of her patients. She does not refill her patient's prescriptions on time, she allows her patients to incur side effects for not calling prescriptions in on time, and she allows individuals to go into withdrawal, if they've been on a certain substance or certain prescription for x amount of time and she stops medication right away for no reason. It's very very dangerous and that's what she did to me. All she cares about is her money and her fee. This Psychiatrist caused me to go into a seizure from not renewing my medication in a timely manner. My prescription was able to be renewed but she said no. She left me with no medication for 8 days. I ended up almost dying because of her. Stay far away from this facility and this person. She is an awful therapist. She ruined 8 days of my life, with the pain I was in and the side effects of not taking the meds as prescribed, and I was eligible for a refill said no. She is also prescribing medication that she is not allowed to prescribe. She is a psych not an M.D. Be very careful with her she was turned into the medical board.

I’ve been with Dr. Katz for over a year and I’m happy to have found her. She’s been very professional, explains treatments, she doesn’t rush you and is a good listener. I definitely recommend her. The Lifestance patient portal is easy to navigate and you can schedule appointments, and also communicate with your doctor through messages. So far I have had fast responses. It is very convenient.

I love using Lifestance Telehealth.
Dr Katz was on-time and quite thorough. The browser was very easy to use. I love that I can see the Doctor from the convenience of my home or office and no waiting in a lobby.

Poor service, poor experience. Tried to set up apptments for a teen. They "found us a therapist" booked several apts. They called to say they forgot that person was going on maternity leave. Had to cancel. Charges fees for every little thing. Even tho they don't provide service. Charged for perception refill that got denied. Get passed around on the phone. No one has any answer for anything. Very unprofessional.

Was using them for a little while for the passing of my dad. Didn't know what to do was trying anything to help me cope. But this place is so unprofessional. I paid my part and had a Secondary ins to pick up my balance they never billed it so I had to pay out of pocket of 500$ after the passing of my dad. They didn't really care to give me time to pay it. So I did then my secondary paid them and its been almost a year on waiting for my refund and get the run around.Dont use them they are a scam and don't care. WHEN U CALL u get Nooooo call back

I set up an appointment to meet with Brittany who is amazing! Really comprehensive meeting and went over everything I needed to. Great organization by this company. They remind you about your appointment several times-GREAT service!
