This location is honestly the worst of them all DUE to the unprofessional women who works the front desk. There’s no way to be able to reschedule appointments through the portal, you are forced to call the location. That would be okay if they actually ANSWERED the phone. It doesn’t matter what time you call, the mornings, lunch time, or right before they close. They lack urgency in providing the customer service they signed up to do is asinine. You have 48 hours to reschedule an appointment or you will have to pay a $100 fee. The girl who I was asking questions to regarding the policy hung up in my face after she obviously became annoyed and offended by my questions. If you guys won’t answer the phone, why not make it accessible for patients to reschedule in the portal? Family emergencies happens, work schedule change, things happen. My first ever appointment was cancelled by the provider and I was never even told about it! Thankfully the young lady at the desk was able to get me to a different person to assist me the same day.

Emily is amazing. She’s incredibly respectful, makes me heard, and always gets things done in a timely manner and you can tell she cares and takes her role seriously. She makes the whole process smooth and comfortable for me. I really appreciate how thorough and supportive she’s been definitely someone you can trust and feel at ease with. This is hard to come by nowadays

Great check in patient portal process via text and email. Easy to use app to connect with the provider. Provider are very professional and take account on your thoughts of treatment different treatment options.

I don’t recommend the Stockbridge location. Each time I had an appointment with Gary Matthews he ran late, and I was typically seen for only 10 minutes. While the administrative staff are quite kind and try to be helpful, there is ALWAYS so some sort of tech issue or administrative mix up. It truly made for unpleasant experiences.

This has been a fairly good experience so far. My provider, Marcia Phillips, is great, but the office/admin staff needs some work. They advertise being able to book appointments online, but you actually can't. False advertising. I'd rather not call and hold.

I recently began seeing Nancy & it's been a wonderful experience. She's already helped me with my anxiety & taught me ways to calm myself down. I'm very happy that I chose this group. The receptionist, Celease, is very nice & always courteous. I highly recommend this group!

Dr. Matthews is the best I enjoyed two years under his care. Leaving for Texas but this provider from Macon GA location was great the care team were amazing.

Got locked out because I didn't pay a bill they have been pestering me about for 2 years. I provided them information for 2 years that substantiated I did not owe them anything. The treatment ruined the session once I was finally let into the doctor waiting room.
