I was a Jenny Craig member and I was shocked that the company did not let their clients know what was happening. Lindora had a month free for Jenny Craig members so I gave them a try. I love the program and it is working for me. I have lost 18 lbs in 2 months and I am exciting to see what 12 months will bring me.

I have used Lindora three times to lose 15 or less pounds. Seemed simple enough as the first weight issue was directly related to a medical surgical accident. Everyone felt bad about the 18 months it took to restore my health but bluntly Kaiser let me down about my healthy weight restoration. Lindora worked for me however the last time it was boring. I just started again after 2 years and things have change for the best!!!! It is fun.

I had barely begun the Lindora program when Gov. Newsom issued the Shelter- in -Place Order. I fall into the high risk category for contracting COVID-19 so even though Lindora is still open I informed the staff I would need to stay home for the time being due to medical reasons. The agreement I signed with Lindora states I can request a program hold due to medical reasons. When I contacted Lindora to request this promised hold my request was met with immediate and intense resistance. We went back and forth a bit but the staff was adamant. They would not even consider doing this for me even though my signed agreement clearly states they can. I was so looking forward to doing this program but attitude of the staff at the Camarillo clinic has put me off totally. I'm so upset. I paid for a year but even though I will lose a lot of money I doubt I'll go back. I want my weight loss journey to be fueled by a clinic with a personable and supportive staff. I believe Lindora is a great program but my advice is avoid the Camarillo Clinic if you can.

I first used Lindora when it was a young company, and everything about my experience then was wonderful. Everything was clearly explained, the program was fairly priced, and the staff was engaged with their patients. I lost 55 pounds during my first two programs.
Years later, seeing my weight and lifestyle creep back to the way it was, I joined again to get back on track. I was forced to sign a year contract this time - this was just before Covid hit. I was disappointed to find that the staff no longer seemed to give the personal touch that helped make the Lindora program so special before. The nurses may have recognized me, but they never recalled any details of my weightloss journey or personal needs - They relied on the computer to track me. The computer did not track me accurately since I came in only once a week. If I did not keep careful track of my progress myself, I would have been lost. On more than one occasion, I had to correct the nurses on which week in the program I was on!
The contract automatically switches to month to month when it's through if you are not on top of cancelling it. When you figure this out, you discover that the only way to cancel is to go into the clinic to sign paper work. That paper work, I am warned, will take a month to process, so I 'may be charged one more time.' ...WOW. This is class action lawsuit material if I've ever seen it.
This company has become so predatory. I am absolutely disgusted. I didn't have enough good things to say about them in the past, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone now. Do not let them take your money.

Monica was rude, uncaring, and eventually made me feel so uncomfortable that I finished my weight loss without lindora. Be aware her initial interactions are kind but within a week she is rude withdrawn and incredibly unsupportive. Lindora program did work however! And Monica is at the Camarillo lindora. This place is amazing! All the nurses are kind and really help you with what you need! Fair pricing! This is my second time doing a program. Works great, but like anything else you have to put your full effort. Lindora is great! Best thing that has happened for my health.

Stay away from this location. It is poorly run by people who don't know the program. They don't answer questions, give you bad information, and ultimately don't support you in your weight loss - unless perhaps you're a top tier member. Maybe then they will do their job.

My experience was horrible, and in the final days of my program, at a different location, I was given valuable information that would have helped me at the beginning of my program.

Camarillo clinic is poorly run, and they will try to upsell you, deny you discounts you are entitled to - which basically means they are stealing from you.
