It was my first time taking my daughter to the dentist and I am so happy to say that we both had such a great experience here! Everyone was super friendly from the beginning. The receptionist over the phone was extremely informative and helpful when it came to our insurance. When we checked in the receptionist was super sweet and welcoming. The assistant was so patient with my daughter who is 1.5 🙂 . Our wonderful Dr. Was amazing! I absolutely recommend! Such a great team and I’m so thankful to have had such a great experience. We know it’s never easy for our children so I’m glad these ladies have a great system! Keep up the good work 🙂

We have been going to little heroes dentist for 11 years now. We have only had good experiences while being there. Dr. Azi is absolutely amazing, she is so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend her. All the staff is wonderful!

Dr. Azi and her staff are kind, skillful, and professional, especially when I take my autistic daughter there to be visited. The environment is friendly and welcoming and I am thankful to have such a nice, supportive and friendly dentist for my two daughters.

Typically we have taken our daughter to our adult dentist (she is 4) so far no issues going to the dentist. At our last appointment the dentist mentioned she had a cavity and a little decay on some of her front teeth which I could see. Our dentist recommended going to a pediatric dentist for a consultation for the cavity but said the front teeth at going to fall out and they aren't that bad. My daughter went to Little Hero's for a consultation regarding the cavity we were told about. I was shocked when the dentist started saying how much work she needed done. 3 crowns, two fillings a few capped front teeth and a few "baby root canals." She said she wanted to put her under anesthesia. When she could tell I looked uncomfortable she said we don't have to do an anesthesia, but we can give baby Xanax or Valium and use Nitrous. My daughter is totally calm and hasn't showed otherwise so why would I go ahead and fully sedate her? I then said why does everything have to be done at once that seems a bit extreme. She didn't really have an answer and then said they could break it up if I wanted to do it that way. I said I was fine coming back as many times as needed if we did one tooth at a time. Then on the way out, I got the bill if we were to do all the work which would be astronomical even with our dental insurance. I am going to get another opinion. I left feeling very uncomfortable. It just seemed very used car salesman and like they were being dishonest and quoting work that isn't really necessary. I have since heard others have had the same experience. It just seems like they are a business dentist driven by taking advantage of parents pockets and not a doctor dentist.

Update we found a very honest dentist, my daughter did just fine without anesthesia or Xanax and it costed us 1/4 of what Little Hero's was going to charge. I'm guessing the good reviews are from people whose children don't need extensive dental work Also they charge you $50 to make an appointment. Not a "hold" they actually charge your card and after canceling I had to call twice to have the $50 refunded.... shady!
