If I could give this place, zero stars, I would. I’ve been coming here for 10 years and I the way manager Alicia disrespected me and my child. Today I cannot believe it.. I am sitting in my car with tears in my eyes, because I am really in disbelief or how these People treated me, and my child she will not see my child because she said my child has dry boogers in her nose. She told me and my child to get out like if we were dogs off the street she talk to me so rude and with a so much disrespect in front of my 2yr old daughter… manager Alicia is a very disrespectful unprofessional human being… this place needs new management

NEVER take your child to this clinic!
Ok so this place is a few blocks from my house. I took my kids for a check up. I was told that my 2 year old son needed crowns on both his front teeth because he had deep cavities in both front teeth. So they were going to do a root canal on him. He was going to be tied down and held by 3 staff members so he would not move during the procedure. I was shocked because my kid does not have brown or rotten teeth like I have seen other little kids that get this procedure done. I brush my kids teeth 2-4 times a day and floss! Needless to say, I left and got a second opinion from another clinic. I was told that he did NOT need such a painful procedure. Fillings would be more than enough because the cavities were not deep. Then the new dentist explained that when a patient has Medical the dentist gets paid very little for fillings but a lot for crowns. That’s why they push for this procedure even when the poor little children don't need it and often times parents agree because they trust that the dentist is doing what is right. I am so glad I didn't put my poor son through this. I will never return to this Dentist and have made sure to tell my family members to not take their kids there!!!

Okay so when I was 6 I was brought here because I had a cavitiy and my mom brang me to get it checked out so they told me they had to remove the cavity so they did but then they gave me 2 crowns on my teeth that had nothing wrong with it for no reason. They strapped me down and didn’t bother to knumb my mouth. I do not recommend this and I don’t want no other child exprincing this.

Love this dental office! Staff is friendly and caring! Dentist is great and caring with the children! Have been going here for years with my children. Office is clean, organize & sanitize and let’s not talk about the fast service which is what we always want. They take good care of their patients🙂

Believe when I say that if I could give this star directly to the main person handling billing I would. The dentist and ortho have been nothing but pleasant, and professional, but the person handling their billing is rude, disrespectful, and apparently believes she has job security because she raises her voices at customers, made various false claims, walked away, and when I asked for a supervisor neither her, nor the rest of the staff felt they had to answer. She became upset because I have been asking for copies of my daughter's medical records, which they failed to provide in a timely manner, and also asked to have a recount of payments made, what has been billed to the insurance and what has been paid by them. All these request I made, and asked her to provide when they're ready, and instead she said, "I'll give you everything now," but didn't have what I was requesting. She initially said every had been faxed/billed to the insurance, and when I asked for confirmation she started raising her voice alleging I've been rude with her staff, when the ONLY one I've communicated with is her, and she still didn't provide the information provided. If anyone knows how I can contact a supervisor/medical management above her please advise. This treatment cannot be tolerated when it's our legal right to request records, ask for a finacial updates, and all be provided in a timely manner or at least be provided with an approximate date of delivery, without being mistreated as paying customers.

They keep the air on up high even when they have been asked to turn down the air conditioning it is like an ice box very uncomfortable. Will be looking for another dentist for my children this is ridiculous. Even with an appointment it can take up to 3 and a half sometimes 4 hours for the actual dentists to come in an even attempt to knumb the child. It is a very uncomfortable place to be and when I say freezing it is freezing in this place. I have asked several times for the air to be turned down and it has still not been done. Will not be returning to this place.

PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!.....URGENT!!! The dentist here told me that my 4 year old needed fillings supposedly 3 and I never brought him back. I took him to get a second opinion at Weestwood dental where they literally give you almost a 3D imagery of your teeth in less than 5 minutes after taking your xray they showed me that my son had perfectly good teeth....I WAS HAPPY AND PIST ALL AT THE SAME TIME I KNEW THOSE SOB'S AT DENTAL PLAYGROUND ONLY WANTED TO CASH IN AND F***UP MY KIDS TEETH...they should have their license removed....
