Dr. Oloff really listens to you when you tell her what's going on with your feet. Some doctors are dismissive; she is the opposite: kind, caring and wanting to get to the bottom of it and administer treatments that are effective. I'm on the road to recovery with shockwave treatments for an ongoing plantar fasciitis problem and trying out some new orthotics. Every patient is different and she shows concern and diligence in her methods. Her staffers are friendly, considerate, and quickly responsive. Five stars all the way around.

Dr. Oloff is fantastic! I came to see her for a second opinion on an injury that was not getting better, and not only was she able to clearly identify the problem in one visit, but she was able to provide pain relief solutions that actually worked — something my previous doctor didn’t seem interested in doing. The office staff is great as well, especially Griselle (I hope I spelled that right) — I always enjoy chatting with her. Overall I am so happy I decided to visit this practice. I’m pain free, have good custom orthotics, and have confidence that if another injury happens in the future, I know exactly who to see. Thanks Dr. Oloff and team!

My experience was excellent! The office staff greeted me right as I walked in the door. Finished paperwork efficiently. Then brought me to a room. Dr Oloff came in within a few minutes. We reviewed X-ray report and discussed my care. She suggested a plan of care and I will follow up in 6 weeks.
Every person I encountered was fabulous! It was a wonderful experience for me. I highly recommend LG Foot and Ankle Center!

The staff are kind and professional and helped me out with everything I needed with setting appointments and dealing with insurance. Dr. Oloff is a wonderful doctor and surgeon, she explained to me I fractured my ankle which cause some displacement which affected a crucial ligament in my ankle and then got a operation date with in a few days. After my operation I did not experience as much intense pain as I expected and with following Dr. Oloff’s instructions my ankle healed correctly with the bone healed and everything aligned correctly. Also I like Dr. Oloffs sense of humor which is a bonus. I recommend this office for any foot or ankle needs.

Office was easy to find, simple check in process. Staff are super friendly. I was very anxious for my procedure but everyone there helped stay calm and made me feel at ease. They were thorough with explaining aftercare instructions and worked with me to book my follow up appointment. Overall solid experience!

Dr. Oloff and her staff were rude and difficult to work with. So much so that my wife and I felt it was better to find another podiatrist and pay for it out of pocket rather than continue post-opp visits. Their rudeness was only secondary to their lack of followup. Dr. Oloff referred her to a pain specialist and then wouldn't forward her reports. As a result, she had to cancel the appointment which put her weeks behind in her recovery. When we requested her file so she could go somewhere else they stalled and then gave her only part of her records. I took three visits to get everything, and out of spite, they put a password on the CD containing her x-rays. When we requested the password, they said they didn't know what we were talking about. As a result had to pay for new ones. The staff seems terrified to ask her questions, and as a result, they are rude and not proactive. On a positive note, we found a new doctor who is terrific, and her progress is back on track.
