This place is great. I have had a bad neck for many years and no matter how much physical therapy or stretching/ yoga I tried I didn’t get any relief… that was until I was under the care of Dr. Abdy. He was so thorough in reviewing all my problems and immediately found the repeatable actions that may have been contributing to my issues and he came up with a quick plan to resolve them. Of course, I had to follow his exercises and plan diligently, but after listening to his advice and following his guidance, I was able to feel much better in a matter of a few weeks. I would definitely recommend Lotus Pt and especially the lead Pt Abdy as he was incredible!!

I have been in pain around my chest for three weeks. I live in LA and flew to Pittsburgh to see my Doctor for it. He gave me a Priscription for therapy. Flew back home to LA excited to get therapy. . I was seen by Abdy (his name might be spelled incorrectly) the head of therapy. He showed me several stretches to do which I hoped to remember. He agreed on sending me images and videos on how to do them but I never got them. I called three times in a period of four days, left messages and nobody called me. I finally got in touch with front desk and cancelled all my pre booked appointments.
I felt that my pain he could care less about based on his lack of commitment to send me the information needed.

I absolutely love everyone here. Dr. Nguyen Is the best physical therapist I have ever been to. I have always had knee pain and he’s the only one that knows how to help me relieve it. He knows the best exercises!!! The staff is so kind and he is extremely knowledgeable. Jake is also so kind and always so helpful. He always corrects me in the best way possible.

10/10 recommend everyone to come here.

I'm astonished to see the number of 5 star reviews here. Our experience has been nothing short of a game. My mother had an appointment booked from over month in advance, and two days before the appointment, we got a call that the PT was not going to be in and had to reschedule with us. Ok, no problem.. we rearranged our time to accommodate and scheduled a new time several days later. This time, two hours before our new time, they called and said "sorry, but this PT can't make it in today".

A complete lack of professionalism, courtesy or understanding, we were left speechless.. we went to matrix, and have been taken care of swiftly and diligently. Say NO to Lotus!

While that is unfortunate and I wish the therapist and related staff a quick recovery, it's just not good business. We were told that a different PT would be assigned to on the 2nd attempt. The more disappointing aspect that I missed was that there was no follow-up or attempt by staff to reschedule for a 3rd time.

Lotus PT is the best! I can't say enough good things about this place. When I first went to Lotus I could hardly walk from a bad knee injury. The amazing staff ( Owen,Charlie,and Christine and Arianne) were incredibly helpful,patient and encouraging in improving my range of motion and building up the strength in my legs. It's nothing short of a miracle that I'm back on the hiking trail as if the the injury never happened.

Today I had my 7th session at Lotus, and the experience has been outstanding. Everyone is very professional. The therapists and their assistants are excellent. They start me out on the bike for a warmup, followed by a great knee massage, after which they keep me working on my much needed exercises. The grand finale is ten minutes in a quiet dark room with heat on my sore knees. The place is spotless, and the equipment is all up to date. I have gone to several physical therapists over the years, and this is the absolute best place. Definitely a five star operation!
