Love ❤️ Kelly the owner. She is awesome and has an awesome girl that likes to do designs. Chris does great nails too! He was off today! Would recommend ‼️wanted a fun but simple western design for a wedding! Got a new set too, felt it was time.

I come here quite often and today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. There was literally no one waiting and this woman rushed the entire pedicure. It hurt very bad the most painful experience ever. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing and a good experience and this just ruined it for me I will not be going back unfortunately.

I went in to get a manicure and had Linda service me. I showed her a photo of round tip nails with a thin French tip. I asked her for a round tip, nude base and a light pink thin French tip. The whole time I was trying to explain what I wanted she was set on square and white French tips. I repeatedly told her no and finally got her to let me choose a color. She ended up not letting me do a nude base and filed my natural nails square and short with a thick French tip. I repeatedly told her to make it thinner and while she thinned it down a bit it was still much thicker than what my natural nail looked like. I ended up getting frustrated and giving up to let her do whatever she wanted and relaxed with my pedicure from dori. As usual dori is perfect and always super caring tho sadly I won’t be going back again. I have had many low quality experiences and would rather go elsewhere. I will still return for dori but that is all.

I have been getting my nails done for a very long time, and I have never had my gel nails peel off. It hadn't been even 2 weeks yet, and they are peeling... plus, I noticed that the old female nail tech was very sloppy with the top coat, and it ran onto the side of my finger. Everyone knows that if that happens, clean it up, or it will eventually lift, and that's what it exactly did. The gel coat was very thin, and in the sun, you could see the botchyness. Wasted $35.. Will never go back.

I am allergic to gel polish and a different salon had applied gel polish to my toes after I told them about my allergies. I came in to Luxury Nails for the first time to get the gel removed and to get a pedicure. The nail tech did a fantastic job! My feet are so smooth and she was very thorough with the gel removal while also being gentle with my feet. The salon is very clean and they had a large team to minimize wait times. I will definitely be coming back!

If I could give zero stars I would. When it was time for the woman to file my nails she filed everything but my nails. After telling her she didn’t stop, but continued. My fingers still hurt in this moment.
