Iade an appointment way before COVID and had it scheduled.. then when COVID started they called to cancel my appointment. Two years later I called again to get an appointment and they said they would put my name on the call back list. Never heard from them again so I guess I won't be going there. Poor customer service.

Love the dentist. She’s awesome. Love the guy who did my cleaning…
But trying to get someone to call back to RESCHEDULE is so frustrating.
Or getting them to get info on my insurances Took MONTHS.
THEIR BACK OFFICE NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED!! Once I was told their answering machine is broken. A bit hard to believe with the size of the office. So it’s been broken for how many months

My back tooth is broken, infected and was in alot of pain for weeks. No one would see or get me in right away. I decided to call them, the lady told me to come in a fill out a new patient packet to start, I did. They got me an appointment an hour later, an xray, antibiotics and pain medication with a f/u appointment IN THE SAME MONTH to hopefully pull this thing out. I am just grateful they were able to see me and give me some relief. The front desk was nice as well as the doctor that saw me.

Clean half of my teeth. Canceled next appointment. Called and scheduled appointment. Was told I need a new set of xrays and exam for 265.00 I payed after every visit and almost always I got a bill saying I owed more. Dont recommend unless you're desperate or have a good insurance plan.

They do great work if you can make it past the receptionist usually. They did lose a piece of a drill bit in my girlfriends tooth causing her to need a bone graft though.
