Excellent team. As someone who isn't very fond of dentists, this office was welcoming and very supportive. From the admin/clerical team being patient and offering assistance with insurance and coverage, to the medical team making me feel comfortable while they did their work. This was a positive experience despite the reason I was there.

My husband and I just moved to the area and need a new dentist. We have been going to another dentist and go twice and year and have overall good dental health. Well not according to this office. We both need "extensive deep cleanings, and we are loosing bone." They wanted over $5000 for both of us! This is outrageous, both of us have great teeth so not sure what they are trying to pull. We will be driving 2 hours one way to go back to our old dentist. Watch out for this dental office, seems like they only want money IMHO 🙁

Dentist REFUSED to do a cleaning (cosmetic procedure) without an X-Ray. My teeth stain quicky (have coffee/tea drinker), so I need cleanings. My teeth have maximum fillings applied, so my next step is root canal if anything goes bad.
I understand that X-Rays are a great money maker, but I want to be treated as a customer, not a wallet. Another nearby Dentist was more than fine scheduling me for a cleaning without a X-Ray...

I was seen in this office on September 24th of 2024 due to a toothache. After X-rays I was told I need my #17 tooth extracted. I was referred to an outside office because the dentist felt I needed to go to another office for the intricacy of the procedure. I went to that office today, and their dentist said what was causing my pain was the need for a filling on the tooth next to the wisdom tooth and I have no need for an extraction at this time.

My other issue is one of the ladies who answered the phone has no customer service skills and she’s extremely rude. This was my first time in this place and I won’t return because I have been in the medical field over 15 years and I’m actually in analyst in grievances and appeals. It matters who’s at the front desk and it matters who answers the calls. If they don’t like people, it shows through every single interaction. It’s unbelievable that all I needed was a filling and I was told I need an extraction. Pathetic.

I was excited when I found out Mather Modern Dentistry was opening next to Sprouts because it's literally walking distance from me. Making an appointment was seamless. You can call them directly to schedule one or use their online system, which is super user friendly. Before your appointment, you complete some new patient paperwork online, which saves you time when you get to your appointment. Their online system, Smile Generation My Chart, is also pretty cool. You can see your your upcoming appointments, schedule an appointment, send a message, view billing information, and more.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist and very soon after, taken to a room for X-rays. Then, I waited briefly in another room for my cleaning. Dr. Castillo walked into the room, introduced himself, and greeted me warmly. He was very friendly and put me at ease. Dental offices give me a little anxiety but his bright smile immediately calmed my nerves. He did the cleaning himself and his dental hygienist assisted him. He uses a laser to clean your teeth. The cleaning was quick (no longer than 10-15 minutes) but very effective. My teeth were squeaky clean and visibly white afterwards.

They also give some pretty neat toothbrush kits as you're leaving. The receptionist told me to take two. The toothbrush they gave me is honestly the best toothbrush I've used. The bristles are sturdy but also soft and get in between all the crevices of your teeth.

I highly recommend this dental office and am so happy they're in my neighborhood. Welcome to Stone Creek Village!

I have finally found a new dentist office in the Sacramento region after 6 years of living here! The staff are so friendly and helpful specifically Nallely and Jennifer who treated me so well during my visits. Doctor Castillo explained every procedure performed and was so patient with my ongoing teeth sensitivity to cold water. Definitely recommend this place!

I got scam by dr.Michael Castillo for $3800 for a denture,its been 10months now since he charge me and still no denture has been produce, You are trying to give a denture that im not sure is really for me,the tooth size is 2x bigger than my original teeth,i cannot even close my mouth properly coz the bite is wrong too,and dr.castillio even admit that theres lot's of problem in the denture and he said the lab made a mistake,thats why you took it back,
they said they will replace the denture with no extra cost for me...they schedule me to come back after a month to get a new impression of my gums,then on the day of my schedule they call me and said we need to reschedule you for next month coz they dont have the material they need,i said ok...then after a month they call me again and said dr castillio wants to make sure that the same problem will never happened again so they need to reschedule me again for next month,im now waiting for 3months just for them to get a new impression of my gums to make a new denture,and the day of my schedule they call me again and said they need to reschedule me for next month again and thats the time i said ,lets just cancel everything and just give me a refund....and they said they already spend time & money for my denture and i'm not getting any refund.....
Please stop scamming people for there hard earned money....

Just like its name, it’s a very modern dental office with very advanced technology, making my visit easy and fun. The staff is friendly and professional. Hygienist Bochi Li is the best, she gets the job done, very efficient and professional. I’ll definitely keep coming to this office and recommend to all my friends!
