This is a review for the dental office:

I am a City Of Hope patient and I have been treated by them a couple times in the past during this process. All of the sudden, today they wanted me to send all of my medications to them and would not clean my teeth. I just wanted my teeth cleaned, not a HIPPA interrogation. Time to find a new dentist. FYI, when have already filled a cavity for me during this process, then you should have a record in your files!! They do not keep good records, so how can they be trusted with our care?

I have been going to Mead Valley Dentist since it opened. So I went to the dentist because I had pain in my mouth . They said I have cavities around my fillings in 3 of my teeth🦷😖 So they have me come in for the first tooth 🦷 they fixed it. So I went back for the second tooth and they filled it so I thought 🤔 they had me come back and a different dentist work on the same tooth 🦷 they finish and book appointment for the third well I was dying in pain it was the same day they finish the tooth on a Friday I called them they said we can get you in Monday we’ll the hell with that I am not going back a 3rd time . So it’s taking me at least 4 months to go to a New dentist and to find out they mess up all my teeth they drilled all the center of my teeth out and filled them their is barely teeth going around them 😮😲🥴☹️😫😖 I’ve been in so much pain and I’ve been so scared to see a dentist 😫😖 So my new dentist said they filled my tooth on top of my nerve and that I need a root canal, I need a another root canal and 2 crowns because theirs barely in tooth left and the crown are 750$ a piece and most likely I will have to crown the rest of my teeth WOW 😮 TRUSTED MEAD VALLEY DENTIST AND THEY ROALY SCREWED ALL MY TEETH UP!!!!!!! THANKS A LOT FOR NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I GIVE YOU NO STARS 🌟

Dr. Sue Mei Mai is very cold and not friendly. The staff there talk about all the patients especially the ones that don’t understand English. Not professional at all. Go elsewhere.
