The Medifast program has helped me to lose nearly 80 pounds! I have more energy, love shopping for clothes now and enjoy getting ready each morning.

There is no judgement here, only help. The counselors are great and easy to work with. My doctor was excited with my weight loss, cholesterol and A1c numbers! I am way healthier now, and just think - I did it eating macaroni and cheese, brownies and granola bars! They have a maintenance plan that helps you keep it off too.

In the first 6 weeks I lost 27 lbs.! The food is good, affordable, and convenient and if you follow the plan, it really does work. I really like the lean and green component which gives a lot of flexibility in the plan and allows for eating out at restaurants. I chose to use the center because I like going into a place to see my progress and to get advice. The staff is very supportive and are there to help you along your journey. Bottom line this place is great and the people care about your weight loss. The support and convenience is here, the place is clean and everyone is very helpful.

I just completed one month with the Medifast program. It is working! I have more energy and I know I'm on the right path. I truly enjoy working with Jennifer-she has the answers and is great at working out a solution to issues that come up. She makes my hour and 45 minute drive to the center worth it. Both Jennifer and Laura do a great job, are very professional and friendly. Medifast was the best choice I could have made.

I am very glad i chose Medifast, and its working great. it does get tough at times but staying focused is what I am doing. medifast programme is simple to follow and you get to have a personal counselor to guide you. my counselor, Jennifer has been great with the follow ups, and answer all my questions.its located locally, and very flexible with follow up appoinments. it helps me be on tract. i lost about 15 lbs in 1 month and i already feel great and more energized. the "to go " bars are excellent for my chaotic work schedule. And i love the soft serves, dont crave for ice cream any more . my boyfriend has been very supportive and loves the fact i dont consume alcohol. I just cant wait to get my whole new wardrobe 🙂
