When I am getting sick with either simple cold or sinus infection, or flu - its for a really long time. To recover and be able to function at my full capacity, I have to take 2-3 courses of antibiotics, inhalers, cough syrup and, after everything is failing, finish up with a course or two of Prednisone! This time I decided to go the other route... My symptoms were: sore throat, cough, generalized weakness, leg pain, sinus pressure all over the face, and stuffy nose. Also, every time I am getting sick - all my joints became so sore... I called and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lana. She examined me, got my history, meds and said - we are going to work on 3 different problems: your immune system, leg pain and respiratory issues. Honestly, in 2 sessions she cured me - the chest congestion is gone, the nose is breathing and no signs of sinus infection. Legs and joints are so much better! I was sick for less than a week VS my normal duration of 2-3 weeks! Cupping therapy and lymph massage are amazing! Acupuncture is great! I am so thankful and happy to meet such a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor!

Dr.Lana is amazing!
First started coming here almost 2 years ago when I was swimming everyday for about 6 hours a day. I then went back when training for a half marathon, and just everyday activities.
Needed recovery on the weekends and she was the all encompassing back pain,shoulder pain,leg pain…you name it… my sleep even got better! Dr. Lana is an amazing practitioner!!
From start to finish, she provided excellent care. I came in for overall body pain (knee and leg mainly) and she did some cupping and acupuncture needling. It was just what I needed. I felt relaxed throughout and after. In addition, I was prescribed some herbs to take for chronic U.T.I.s and they have been working wonderfully.
