I have been going to Dr. B since 1995! He has given me extraordinary dental care for 30 years. You will never find a better dentist than Dr. B! The Front Office Manager is fantastic and she is available to me anytime by phone or text. Thank you Mesa Dental Group for your expertise and kindness!

Today I went to the Mesa Dental Group for a teeth cleaning. The hygienist, Caroline, helped me. I want to acknowledge her because she is very friendly, professional and conversational. This is the second time she helped me with teeth cleaning.

While cleaning my teeth, she had engaging conversations that made me forget I was in the middle of a cleaning. She also gave me tips and reminder to maintain good level of hygiene during the session.

Thanks to her, my teeth are in great condition with no cavities, which is fantastic. My experience was very pleasant. This was one of the best teeth cleaning experience I've ever had. And yes my teeth is white again! ?

I highly recommend her if you need help with teeth cleaning.

When I retired from the military I had no idea of what dental service was suppose be. Well, now I do and it is wonderful. The staff was very courteous and attentive to patient care. The front office always greets you with a smile and checks you in quickly. Communication was outstanding during my visit and after. Thank you to Dr. B and staff.

Carolyn the hygienist is unprofessional, rude , and dismissive. She is not thorough and lacks empathy. She tries to push services that are not needed without proper explanation. Her overall patient care is terrible and asks random questions that have no thought or meaning behind them. Because of her poor attitude and lack of proper explanation I actually refused any services that day and wasted almost 2 hours of my day driving there. Not to include they had made me wait an extra 15 minutes when my appointment was at the top of the hour. When I had asked her for her name because she did not introduce herself at the beginning she told me to have a nice day No wonder why her patient care is terrible… she does not listen! In addition, she does not know how to ask the right questions to ensure she provides the proper dental services. Her explanation was so poor that she had to bring in the dentist to speak with me in which I felt ganged up on especially when Carolyn would insert her dumb questions while the dentist was trying to give me a decent explanation. However knowing that I would have to have Carolyn as my hygienist turned me off so I left rather then having to further deal with Carolyn. Such a shame because I have been gong to this place for 2 years now but because of my experience with Carolyn I will have to find a new dental office which is fine because there is one all over SD literally a block away from each other. Overall a terrible experience even from check-in (which wasn’t even a proper check- in because I waited there for a while and when their person finally saw me he called me by the wrong name laughed and said to sit down. They usually collect updated medical history so I asked why this wasn’t done so and the excuse was because the guy was not a receptionist - well duh but that is not an excuse but it’s extremely unprofessional). This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor unprofessional experience here and this experience I had recently confirmed my decision to never come back and I recommend you do the same. The facilities are old and unclean(sat me down in a chair with no liner and the head area was yellowed). You can find better! Stay away from Carolyn and Mesa dental if you care about your well-being.

Dr. B is a fantastic and caring doctor and one of the nicest person youll ever meet. I was hesitant at first but the staff at the front and the doctors assured me that everything will go great and went through my whole treatment plan so i can be ready. Dr. B and dentists there made nice conversations with me which helped me calm down at times. Big shoutout to maria for being super helpful and communicative with me, you can tell she really cares about her patients just as much as dentist does. Overall one of the best experiences i had going into a doctors office! 10/10

I've been going to Mesa Dental for years upon the glowing recommendation of my father who had seen "Doctor B" for many years. They are ALWAYS on time for appointments and I'm never pressured into unnecessary procedures. They are fair and I trust them. The staff is a delight.
9/27/23 - I continue to see Dr. B at Mesa Dental, as do my sons when they are home from college. It's difficult to find a trustworthy dentist, so when you have a good thing, you don't change! I've seen the same dental hygenist for years.

I loathe dental appointments and have had a fear of Dentists since I was a little girl. I’ve had to be drugged for a deep cleaning !This dental office has cured me of my fears! My dentist, Dr. Jami is beautiful inside and out! She is nurturing, calming and truly connects with her patients. Maria, front office, is organized , personable and always has a smile! Phillip, right arm Assistant, spends the most time with you— talented and a total joy! I just moved from their location, but I will make whatever drive is necessary to keep them in my dental life!
