Grateful for the care, expertise, professionalism of Dr Michael. Takes the time to explain steps during my visit which I find helps keep me informed and calms my nerves. During treatment, he checks in to make sure I'm doing okay and am comfortable. Easy to feel relaxed as he is very easy going.

Other office staff and dental assistants also very professional, accommodating, friendly.
Dental visits are easy to book/schedule.
Office is clean.
Appreciate the steps they are taking during this covid pandemic to keep themselves and the patients safe - temperature and covid question screening, staff in masks and protective gear, distanced spacing marked in waiting room.

First of all I’m a very nervous patient. I have severe anxiety when it comes to any doctors appts. I came to Dr. Michael for an emergency visit, first time and the doctors took such great care of me and listened. Michael is awesome! Carmen is one hell of an assistant and I appreciate the staff up front too for helping me with my insurance. I can confidently say I have been back since and will keep coming back bc of how fantastic and calming this office is. Plus the chairs face the window that they keep open and that keeps the nerves calm as well. I definitely have recommended this office to many friends and coworkers already. 🤗

My experience with Dr. Michael Wong and his entire office staff was excellent! The care and compassion I received from each of them, was off the charts. All my anxieties were eliminated. Dr. Michael answered all of my questions with such professionalism and expertise, and treated me like royalty.

Being a new patient, my consultation and x-rays, determined that I would need to see an Endodontist for a root canal. But afterwards, I plan to return to Dr. Wong for additional treatment.

I live in Sparks, Nevada but I have the greatest dentist in the world so I travel to Richmond, Ca for my dental needs. In this occasion I needed a new mouth guard and my gum was inflamed. Dr Steve was not working but Dr Michael was. He took care of all my problems with the same care a diligences as dr. Steve ( I have sensitive teeth). As usual, I don’t mind driving 250 miles to see anyone at Wong Family Dentist. I highly recommend them
