This place is not transparent about pricing or anything they do. I had to cancel an appointment and had it rescheduled. Went in only to find out they wanted to perform a different procedure on me which they proceeded to claim I was canceling after clarifying. I got charged a fee twice for their incompetence. STAY AWAY you have been warned.

This office takes care of me every time I come to my appointments. I get in and out and they take their time with me. Dr. Marconnette treats me like family and always does a great job with my treatment. The girls up at the front are always welcoming and help me when I get referred out to a specialist. Sometimes they go out of their way for me and my family. This is such a good private practice that I would recommend to anyone.

Not thrilled. I've been to this office for a number of dental needs. Mostly it was OK. Staff is friendly. Where my problem comes in is having dentures made. I was told they have a very competent dental lab they work with. I had an upper plate made which never fit quite right. They broke down the middle twice because of a fitment issue. They were finally fixed right when the dentist requested the lab add a mesh for strength. The main issue l have is because of the fit they come loose no matter how much glop l use to hold them in. I went and had them relined within 2 years of when l started using them. The relining didn't fix the problem, but because of Covid, and the creepiness of having other peoples fingers in my mouth l let it slide and decided to live with it.
Reciently l figured out what to problem is. I was running my tongue along the rear of the plate and descovered there is a pretty good sized gap between the roof of my mouth and the dentures. This gap causes the plate to move up and down which eventually causes the dentures to break loose. This is an obvious bad workmanship issue from the lab.
When l consulted with Dr Marconnette l was assured that they stand behind their work. So far l have had to pay for all fixes and was just told l would have to pay for this fix which is obviously the labs fault.
I rarely do reviews, but in this case due the the expensive mature of dental work l felt it was important that people know what l went through.
Will not be going back for any further fixes.

Dr. Marconette and her staff are amazing. The office is professional and a great benefit to the town of Phelan. I had no pain when having some teeth worked on. I highly recommend this office. Many thanks to Dr. Marconette.

Went 2 days ago for the first time.Just moved to Phelan. Equipment is older. No monitor to look at your ex rays. No waiting time, walked right in and they took good care of me.Front desk lady is very friendly. Hygienist did a good job cleaning and does not talk much . I appreciate that.The prices are higher than I would have expected from a place in Phelan So far I would have given maybe 4 stars. Then Michelle ( The Dentist ) came in and explained in plain English what is going on with my teeth and gums. She took her time , answered all my questions and we agreed on a treatment plan. I would give her 10 stars if I could.I go to the Dentist every 2 month so I think I know a little about Dentist

Amanda is the most compassionate hygentist that I have every had the pleasure of using. My teeth are real sensitive and she went the extra mile for me to ensure that I was comfortable. This was the first time I left a dentist office happy. Thanks Amanda!

I'm pretty sure everyone not real happy with having to go to the dentist. For me it's been the worst place to go since I was young. Well not any more. This place has a very caring staff. And understanding of the fear. Professional. I would recommend this office very highly.
