Run! The absolute worst! After 2 years of care, Dr Dugan dropped me with zero notice. And left me without a doctor or a phone call. Her staff never acknowledged my repeated emails or calls. I submitted a formal report. The level of negligence is alarming. And Dr Geraldine Dugan should not be in practice.

They are currently threatening to take my doctor away because for some reason my auto pay got shut off and my account fell behind a whole $45 and their billing department isn't replying 🙄

Edit: Apparently they are trying to charge me almost $300 for a month I had insurance despite me giving them the insurance information multiple times.

To say right away, GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYONE IN THAT OFFICE! This is probably my first google Review, but felt it was important for me to leave one for the Pasadena location. I had my first appointment with David Vo at the yesterday. Jennifer who was working at the reception/ check in, was so kind, l was running late to the apt, I was also their last patient for the day and she was and so sweet and don’t me not to worry and just treated me with such kindness that you don’t get at offices very often. When I met Dr Vo I felt an instant calmness and comfortability. He understood all the issues I’ve been having and have had in the past. When he told me at the end of the appointment his opinion on what he would change with my current medication’s I just knew that he saw where the problems were, and and how we could try to get it, right. I could keep going into more details, but the bottom line is lol I highly recommend this place! I will absolutely be keeping him we my new psychiatrist!! And hopefully you guys will get the joy of speaking with Jennifer!!
