I don't typically give review unless it exceeds my expectations. We have been taking treatment with Dr. Chaitanya over the last 5 years and we are extremely pleased with her attention to details, professional care and her ability to explain the treatments. I recently did my Invisalign, Dr. Chaitanya helped me and took care of minor changes along the way and I am almost complete with my treatment. Exactly the outcome I expected and I am very happy with her service. She is someone we can reach out for any urgent care, and she wouldn't hesitate to accommodate any day of the week. Hello everyone, Giving A++ rating to Dr Chaitanya for the professionalism, the dentistry work, and the empathy for the patients. Given my impending international visit, Dr. Chaitanya prioritized her schedule for my painful tooth and provided an almost painless root-canal experience. Prior to visiting Mission Ridge, I was referred to an another dentistry, half a mile down that quoted +50% more than what Dr Chaitanya actually charged based on the same dental insurance policy. A premium dentist at Bangalore validated the near perfect work done by Dr. Chaitanya.
The payment process was smooth. I would only visit Mission Ridge dentistry going forward.

Both the doctor and the receptionist are always very nice and courteous. They are also very transparent about the bills, unlike my previous dentists who charged me unexplained bills.

Ever since my children and I started going here, we have had no worries or anxieties. Our teeth are in very good condition.

Not sure I’ll ever go or recommend this place. A simple tooth removal turned into 5 months pain n and still going on. Deep cleaning, filling etc was added treatment that caused my wife TMJ issues. She is still suffering and going from doc after doc. She was very dodgy with any questions we asked after the treatment. Felt forced into treatment that could have easily waited after the recovery.

We are very thankful to Dr. Chaitanya. My mom was being treated for palatal obturator at UCSF. Her cavities has to be treated by general dentist outside. My mom has limited mouth opening and open palate. We visited many lot of dentists and no one was willing take X-rays or treat her. We at last visited Mission Ridge and Dr was very kind agreed to see my mom. Dr Chaitanya communicated with UCSF professor and treated my mom for her deep cleaning, root canal, filling and crown. I also got my wisdom teeth extracted, my recovery after treatment was very fast. Thank you Dr and staff for everything.

Chaitanya Bandrupalli at Mission Ridge Dentistry is only interested in your money. She is adept at feigning sympathy and convincing you of unnecessary treatments just to line her pockets. Many of the positive reviews you see are likely for the previous dentist or from her friends and family.

She is both greedy and incompetent. Due to her relentless pursuit of profit and lack of skill, I am now suffering from bite collapse, severe jaw and facial pain, and swelling. My facial profile and smile have been permanently altered. I've been forced to seek help from multiple doctors to repair the damage she caused.

When I went to remove an accidentally cracked tooth, she imposed additional tooth removal without considering or explaining the implications of additional tooth removal. She did not even consider a mold of my original teeth to make a new tooth or a placeholder till I had a permanent solution to replace missing teeth. This, combined with all other unnecessary and imposed treatments she performed on me when I only visited for stitches removal, has torn my jaw muscles. During the stitches removal visit, she enforced upper teeth cleaning and did it so badly that it created a large gap between my upper front two teeth. She then filled my upper four teeth unnecessarily and so poorly that I could no longer floss. She further chipped them during the process of fixing them, leaving me with weakened teeth and a disfigured face, all because she wanted to make more money. Despite my resistance, she insisted on performing cleanings, deep cleanings, and fillings when I visited only for stitches removal.

Do yourself a favor and find another dentist. Many patients might not even realize the harm she is causing by performing unnecessary procedures to fill her own pockets while pretending to care for your well-being.
