Dr. Nakamura did my adult braces 16 years ago. He did a phenomenal job and I am still receiving compliments on my teeth.

My son had phase 1 braces at age 7 due to some teeth coming in incorrectly. He is 14 now and just completed his phase 2 braces last week. He had zero problems with his braces and his teeth look fabulous.

My daughter has a corrective retainer since age 8 and is about to have her braces with Dr. Nakamura.
He is a great clinician. I love that he is very conservative with treatment. He never tries to sell parents on very invasive treatments that other orthodontists do.

Their office is very professional, we never have to wait longer than 5 minutes and 99% of the time they are ready right as we come in. Appointments are quick and thorough.

Dr. Nakamura has a calm demeanor and he is great about explaining things to kids and parents.

His office manager, DeAnn is so sweet. The kids adore her and she is great at her job.

I have referred many families to their office and they have all been happy.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Howard Nakamura-Orthodontics. Dr. Nakamura and his Staff are very friendly yet professional. They treat me like family here! My oldest daughter and I were patients a couple of years ago and we both successfully went through the entire process and have beautiful straight teeth. I found Dr. Nakamura- through a friend and have never been happier. The office staff is friendly and accommodating.
Dr. Nakamura- has a very gentle and kind manner. This is my first experience with braces and so far it's been easy to manage with little pain. On days when I have the braces tightened I take Tylenol.

I was referred to Dr. Nakamura by my best friend. He had braces on for a litte over two years. After his braces were removed and I saw the results, I decided that I too wanted to get my teeth straightened.
I called and made an appointment with Deann. She was very professional and friendly. Since my oldest son also needed braces, we both ended up consulting with Dr. Nakamora. He sat down and thoroughly explained all of our treatment options. Dr. Nakamura and staff far exceeded my expectations. (My wife had previously been treated by a different office that never explained things to us). Both my son and I started treatment after we picked the option that best fit us.
During our treatment they always made us feel like family. The Dr. and staff always greeted us well and they were very polite.
I've gotten so many compliments now that I've finally had them removed. I work in the boat repair business in Newport Beach. Some of my customers are dentist and they have even commented that Dr. Nakamura did a very good job. They also did a really good job with my son. I was saddened when our treatment was over knowing that we would not see the friendly staff at Nakamura Orthodontist again. Luckily, my middle son was in need of braces and we now take him in for treatment! And after he is done we have one more son to go.

I would highly recommend Dr. Nakamura! I have 3 kids - 1 is almost done and the second is just starting. I chose this office because of the thoroughness of our initial visit, the price and the overall vibe of the staff and office.
